    DPF Emulator, Legal in U.S.?

Thanks for all the replies. Will keep this idea in mind for now. Had no problem with 2 auto regens, doing a parked regen per the manual was a pain. I think you have to wait until the parked regen lamp and switch start to flash. As far as the manual, I need to become more fluent in Jenglish.

MX5400 Regen Time 22.5 hours and no Yellow REGEN/ light warning?

MX5400 Regen Time 22.5 hours and no Yellow REGEN/ light warning?

Based on your description, it sounds like regen was successful. Your engine speed was high enough at PTO speed to accomplish the regen, so no flashing yellow light was needed to prompt you to increase speed. You were in auto regen mode rather than parked mode.

Could be for a grab handle to mount and dismount the tractor. My Dad had a John Deere with a grab handle in that area.

    Runaway Tractor (not runaway diesel)

Several years ago, I was using a 1974 JD 830 for bush hogging a meadow. It was a manual trans with 2 shifters. The gear select switch popped out of a low gear as I was going downhill bush hogging. I quickly locked up both brakes and got stopped about 15' before a waterfall. I was about to bail.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Well.. used a 11,000 tow strap as to not damage the carriage. Found the center of gravity. Lifted it so the legs were about a foot off the ground. Went crossways through an unplanted corn field in a low gear to avoid the lathe swinging. My kid in the picture (his lathe) had a castor kind of box...
