    Oil after 50hr break in

The engine was designed to run the el-cheapo Kubota oil (which is probably Rotella or Delo). Stuff is dirt cheap compared to Amsoil. Over all of the years I've been screwing with engines, I've always found those high dollar lubricants to be wastes of money. They all do the same things...

Splitting the L3130 - Repair thread

If you have a loader on it, you can use jack stands under the loader frames to stop the flop. I will use the stands to hold the front half of the tractor up when I'm splitting one, that is, if I can. Some of them the loader frames have to come off :(

    B2620 Black cowl removal

Remove the steering wheel and then the gauge panel assembly. Then the grips on the park brake and cruise control if you have them. You'll find a couple screws, and then it comes up and off. Kind of a bear to do it, or I remember it that way. been a while since I've had one off.

    2015 L3901 service bulletin

Yes it has to do with the front axle holder bolts and nuts. Let the dealer handle it. If the front axle falls out after they perform the campaign, it's their butt. If you choose to do it and you have a problem, Kubota won't help you a single bit and the dealer will turn their head the other way.

Splitting the L3130 - Repair thread

It's easy, I've done a bunch of them. Leave the loader main frames attached. Put jack stands under each side. Floor jack in the middle part of the rear half of the tractor. You better have a good concrete LEVEL floor. Remove wire harness from the front of the tractor, start at battery...

    Front Bucket B7800

The buckets are cheesy for several reasons. One major reason, if they are made of a thin material, they are "light weight". This allows the loader's lifting capacity to be higher on paper, similar to the new F series pickup trucks having an aluminum body, which makes the towing capacity...

Help Needed- One Hydraulic Piston wont retract

Seen it a BUNCH of times. The M59, good luck "clocking" it without cutting it. That's a big chunk of steel to try to twist.

    Raised hydraulic pressure on B2650

The service manual doesn't specify to test it at the loader valve does it? I thought it was to be tested at the 3 point hitch, then adjusted? I may be wrong...haven't looked at a 2650 in a while.

2015 Kubota RTV X1100C Power Issues

Sounds like the normal operation of the HST transmission to me. Have driven many, and they're basically all about the same. It is NOT an automatic transmission like a car, and it's not a belt drive. I could type out a very long explanation of how the HST works but it's confusing to everyone...

Bar's Stop Leak tablets for radiator leak? B6000E

The dealer technicians absolutely love it when owners use "stop leak" in their tractors. Guaranteed income.

B7510 - Trying to understand Fuel Solenoid

what if the solenoid dies? If I remember correctly, there are 2 coils inside of it, one "pulls" the plunger, and the other "holds" it. The pull coil pulls more juice and overheats if left with 12v on it all the time. The other is designed to stay energized for long periods of time without...

    Rtv 1100

Welcome to RTV's. And diesels. Diesel engines don't make much power when they're cold. They need to warm up a little. Heat is a diesel engine's friend, to an extent. The smaller they are, the more cold blooded they are because of the lack of volume above the piston when nearing TDC. There...

    Front Loader Issues

X2, but I don't remember the curl function of the valve having the detent. That may just be my memory, or lack of it, "working".

1997 L3300 Transmission filler port fitted with connection

That is a POOR way of returning oil back to the sump, through the filler neck. Some of the non-Kubota implements had this setup. The L2350/L2500/L2600/L3000 did too (with the LB400 and LA450S loaders) but they had dual fill ports so one could be disabled with a return hose and the other still...

Unless someone higher up failed to tell me, the new panels are identical to the factory-installed originals.

Suggestions to warm the block during winter?

I don't miss the cold one bit! Used to live in the cold midwest USA, at the time was driving a toyota pickup diesel engine, and when the air temps got down below about 25 degrees, it didn't start. I had two choices. Get up in the middle of the night, twice usually, and go start the truck up...

    BX23 backhoe on B7100?

Should fit BX22/BX23/BX24/BX25 and nothing else (not the BX2200, etc), since the other BX series do not have the subframes to mount the hoe to. That said I haven't tried to put a BX25 hoe on a BX22, or vise versa, so I can't confirm that they'll fit. They look almost identical, however, aside...

    Kubota B7300 hard to start

Probably starter, or ground. Have had to replace several starters over the years. But before buying new starter, I'd highly suggest doing a voltage drop test in the wiring, then test the ground as well. You want to eliminate as much other stuff as you can before buying that expensive starter.

Instument Panel has condensation on inside on 2015 BX

Dealer should warranty it. That said, don't expect the new ones to be any better. Kubota knows of the issue.
