B2620 Black cowl removal

Hello folks,

So I am not sure if this is even the place for this question but here goes. I am going to install a 6 position fuse holder behind, and a tickle charger port on, the black plastic cowl beneath the steering wheel on my B2620. Does anyone know how to get this thing off? Do I need to remove the steering wheel? If anyone has a shop manual or could scan me a procedure I would be mighty appreciative!!!

Remove the steering wheel and then the gauge panel assembly. Then the grips on the park brake and cruise control if you have them. You'll find a couple screws, and then it comes up and off. Kind of a bear to do it, or I remember it that way. been a while since I've had one off.
