    I'm weird and I sometimes see things differently than others... and this is one of those times. The OP seems to think they have a tractor problem. The way I see it, they have an apple/people problem. Remove those and realize new opportunities for leisurely regen action.

    It's a safe bet that the reason your charge pressure is low is because something else in the hydrostat is worn and allowing charged fluid to pour out of the circuit. Sunstrand published an article about how charge pressure was a reliable indicator of hydrostat component wear/damage.
