It looks like he crawled under a tractor which was balanced on a 4x4 balanced on a solar powered pneumatic bottle jack. I think there's a lot of room to criticise Joe's wisdom, but let no man condemn his diligence nor his courage.

I came to post some very important information…critical to the success of the mission…er…rebuild. Now, I really can’t bring myself to interfere with the trajectory of this….

Nevermind.😎

If used with intent, can RTV serve as a coolant when drilling holes?

Surgically?

do you couple magic trick, fasten your robot into one entity

20241210_212009.jpg

huge broken weld making your robot flex drastically when you shape your realm

hit it hard with acetylene until red, come in with your bronze, turn it into one piece magically

sit you back with popcorn witness magic

melt you on your bronze, heat entire area melting it into one

Highlight for them the searing of steel, get your torch high oxygen, get real close to the high point of the intersection, sear you off the high point like you sear your ribeye steak

hit the high point hard for long time, it will spread the heat and make one big puddle, turning the entire area into one entity

....Your cheap small bolts could not stand the force of your machine shaping your realm, you busted almost all the bolts that hold your loader to your machine....
For what it's worth I alluded to that back in October...though using actual carrots would have been cheaper...

---
Here's the thing "Joe," the risk of cancer or some other form of premature death from how you're going about this is not worth it. If you're going to rebuild a machine, at minimum it's worth doing a reasonably good job so at the end you at least have a working tractor; at this point it's almost a competition who will expire first, you or the tractor.

Unfortunately you're also making a mess that is likely going to be costly for others to clean up, not counting the damage you're doing to the water table and environment which is completely unnecessary. Accidents happen, but what you've portrayed is no accident.

Joe, it's too bad you can't get paid per click here. You'd already have enough 💰 squirreled away for a new tractor...ironically paid for by your critics. Bwahahaha!

Assess your first magic trick, do you a 2nd magic trick, more bolt content

20241211_101802.jpg

assess your big magic trick:

that spot that looks open is not where the weld broke, you cannnot see where the weld broke so it is holding, but

fill it up with even more bronze and get it to molten, and do you the searing trick one more time

at this point, it is one piece but add more mass to its connection

you spent 2-3 hour on this magic trick experimenting,

the one experiment you were trying what happen if we get it as hot as possible, can we melt the thick steel into each other without bronze filler?

these magic trick take real time because you are heating a massive intersection of lots of thick steel, smaller magic trick do not need this much heat/time

20241211_101821.jpg

do you a 2nd magic trick on your broken FEL valve rod, the carving of earth shake your entire robot until all weakness come to the surface, just like the molten when you sear it,

like your childhood memory come back to surface, when you witness steel turn to molten, erupting to the surface

after your magic show, move tractor forward, get you cinderblock structure, make the robot push down on your cinderblock structure raising your robot,

get you in from the back end and put threadlock on the massive bolts holding your loader to your rear axle

20241211_115917.jpg

small magic trick, heat you up that steel to molten, let it drip on the ground

as you bind 2 entity into one using actual magic

20241211_141125.jpg

sear you some steel like you sear your steak

heat up your area hard, heat up your rod, dip in flux, hear you that sizzle, hit your area again, push your rod into the area

the only question narrative ask as you conduct magic:

what is your heart doing while you pump big heat? are you clenched? Dont be,

conduct you no magic with the clenched heart

20241211_142113.jpg

your done searing steel, see if the weld will hold

turn on your robot, move forward, lift up rear end, put glue on last bolt tight

20241211_143828.jpg

move up your robot complex, find you molten bronze from the big magic trick

20241211_145151.jpg

get your robot lifted back end, reach you inside to get those last bolt, you cant line one up, you give up, you need to use weight of machine pushing your loader left back to get last bolt to line up, put you threadlocker on all bolt

20241211_183037.jpg

carve you some earth for hour changing your realm, hydraulic lock up

what an idiot, you've wasted tons of money on spilled hydraulic fluid from your leaky cylinder

go back in the log and say they were correct who said: order you your seals for your leaky cylinder

now: look at diagram, study which seals you need

@Sidekick has said the most correct statement that has been stated 50 something page into the thread

"this is hillbilly entertainment only"

consider you the most correct statement while you study diagram and get the part number and order your seal

Screen Shot 2024-12-11 at 6.54.18 PM.png

look you at your diagram, get you seal 2, 13 and 6, and that should stop it from leaking on the ground, don't worry about the internal seals

seal 2: 70050-00400

13: 70050-00417

6: 70050-00310

get you these seal for both bucket cylinder, that should eliminate all leak, not seeing leak from your lift cylinder

order you 2 set of those part

no, you end up getting one seal kit

Kubota 70050-00299

$57 including delivery

with that one kit you should be able to seal up the other cylinder if it start leaking again

you finally order you a seal kit after taking them apart 3 time each already

you thought you were doing magic trick to get your robot be more rigid, no

when you make molten and turn 2 entity into 1 entity,

your mind also going from multiple entity back to one entity, when doing the magic trick

your skeptical about this but keep your peripheral on it

your machine down for 3 days minimum, list you all task bugging you: get you to the seat, install you a hillbilly lambo push to start switch, both of your switch for glow plug and start are annoying, they are not auto off,

fancy up your hillbilly ignition: put you a switch that light up when on going to the signal wire on your alternator, that would make your hillbilly ignition perfect, that way you can see it on since it will light up telling you that you are drawing your battery,

put you switch that are automatically off for start and glow plug

get you in that last bolt somehow that hold your loader to your machine, find you a deal maybe on ton of hydraulic fluid, your machine fully empty,

I swear I'm not making this up. Just above is an ad for SharkBite which plumbers use instead of brazing lines together. But wait, there's a second ad just below the first I nominate for an award. It's by Temu advertising an insulated drinking cup inscribed with these words; "I came I saw. I forgot what I was doing. Went back. Got distracted and I have no idea what's going on. Is this my cup? I have to pee."
Please, please, please someone back me up on this. Proficy if I've ever seen it.

N.Y,
The scary part is that there are others out there that may find this thread and only read one section from a internet search. They may head to the auto parts store and buy a tube of RTV to fix their leaking cylinders after seeing how Joe did his. Or even braze a high stress area only to have it break later and kill someone. Should add a warning to each post reinforcing that everything you see on the internet is not true. This thread is for Redneck entertainment only.

This is a future Super Fund site. A parts washer is cheap to build.
