It’s a balmy 16 degrees F right now. 1-3” of snow daily thanks to Lakes Ontario and Erie.

Roasted bone in turkey breast with roasted potatoes, carrots, and a little zucchini and red bell pepper. Veggies are tossed with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, thyme and a little oregano. Added to the turkey after an hour of roasting at 275 on convection roast.

All the herbs were grown in our garden just outside kitchen and dehydrated at the end of the season.

I should have used a smaller pan.....

Not getting any thyme, oregano or parsley from there today.....been in upstate New York my whole life, but I don’t like winter....

Didn't take any photos, but had Cornish pasty and sausage rolls for dinner tonite. Yesterday was Australia Day, (4th of July to us Yanks) so the missus cooked up some yummy stuff.

It's a long way to the shop if you want a sausage roll. :ROFLMAO:
