Well if Summit made a kit then presumably they would use electric valves like they do with the other kits. I'm going to guess that the reason you ask is because the electric valves don't have a PB port, right?

Here's my attempt to diagram the plumbing for both backhoe on and off operation...this what you're thinking?

Backhoe ON

P ----> BH P
T <---- BH T
        BH PB ----> RR P
                    RR T ---> PB

Backhoe OFF

P ----> RR P
        RR T ----> PB
T no connection

I see no advantage to that.

Just run the tractor P line to IN on the electrIc valve and feed the backhoe off of the OUT port on the electric valve. You are done.

When.you remove the backhoe loop the backhoe feed to the tractor return exactly as you always did.

The remotes are in the circuit with or without the backhoe.

Last Sunday I installed the Summit 3rd function kit on my B26 and it works great! I should have done it years ago.

I did call your customer service and they didn't have a clue as to how to handle this. I explained that it was purchased through Amazon and shipped by Summit and that it was past the return period. I also mentioned that I was instructed to call customer service by a post on OTT. Was told that it would have to wait till the "manager" came back from vacation. That was about 3 weeks ago, and not one email, or call.

For those who wonder how the lines lay on my BX2380 here are a few. Showing 3 spool system with two rear remotes with feeder line to third function.
Thought I'd added show a view of how the 3rd function line and connection went forward.

A little excess line on BX, which could be corrected. they come into contact when lifting implement. this may cause so premature wear on lines. I did let Summit know this with marked photos. and I also wrapped hyd. lines, enveloped with radiator hose to cut down on chafing, just a little extra protection.

I placed an order yesterday for a 3 circuit and 4 circuit multiplier for the MX and M respectively. I also emailed the folks in Canada who sell the Scorpion grips to get a price on the S Series with a momentary trigger and two momentary buttons on the faceplate. I'll be able to control snow blower chute rotation and deflector angle with the same lever in the cab simply by pushing one of the two buttons on the faceplate and moving the lever. The trigger can be used for a third function such as to control a top hydraulic link or hydraulic lift rod link. Too bad you're not a dealer for Scorpion.
