What good are frost plugs, really?
There are no freeze plugs in an engine block. However, there are core plugs that were used to clean the mold sand from the cooling system and a few galleys in a block.

People referring to a core plug as a freeze plug does not make it one.

Shape your realm for 14 hour straight

20241215_092526.jpg

L295DT ran for 14 hour straight with no issue

Beside building you a shop, L295 also grading half mile road with massive pits in it

Does not get hot, only gets hot if you're not moving and working one area in low gear

You even got into 7th gear with the bucket grading your half mile road

You would be in 6th gear going to a pit you are trying to grade out, your bucket bulldozing through anything

Sometimes you would hit a rock 🪨 and your entire robot when to come to a halt,

But your massive rear tires are spinning while you are stuck, she will spin your tires in high gear rather than shutting down your engine when you come a halt

Unbelievable

Both of magic trick did not hold from your crazy abuse

The bolts should be holding but you haven't made sure yet

These are 2 massive pits on the half mile road that you are fixing to level out

What you are doing: run you that blade hard along edges with all weight of your robot

Dragging it to the low point,

Then make you massive strides going downhill trying to build up low spot, hit it from both angle with big force from your robot

Your magic trick not work, you ain't no magician

It ran for 16 hours and used not even 5 gallons, there's no way right?

Think Joe inhaled too many various fumes through this project.
Not even sure what person he is speaking in lately. 🤷

Yep sand has been essential to joe's adventure. Once something is saturated with diesel sand kicked in a breeze sticks giving it just the right amount of abrasive to clean til it's shiny as diamonds in a goat's hinny.

bust your tires, fight you with your neighbor, transmission talk

Your 30 year old tires disintegrating and hitting your nice new paint

20241218_121733.jpg

good thing you got some spare wheels, switch you out busted tire and keep shaping realm

20241218_121709.jpg

install you a hillybilly lambo push to start on your tractor

your other switch was left on and you ran your starter for 30 minutes with the engine running but starter still work

20241218_121646.jpg

your neighbor ripped out your glow plug switch because he claim:

"you are making the road worse"

he forced you stop fixing the road, stole 2 gallons of your hydraulic fluid, and chased you back to your shop to make sure you stop working the machine

your glad he ripped the switch out because now when you want glowplug, just make those 2 touch for a bit, works perfect

transmission talk:

you start off all excited running it in high gear 2 wheel drive swinging you that big steel around, then

you realise its true earth moving capability is in 4wd low gear

then you become like a japanese artist and unlock the true potential of robot

go you uphill in low gear bucket down on the ground flattening, then

push you that bucket hard into your earth, the power of that 4wd in reverse going downhill is tremendous, earth moving and noticeeable, and

the driveline somehow can handle 7000 pounds or more total of force, meaning

you let that clutch out, and all 4 wheels are pulling back your earth with big might,

something has to be really strong inside their transmission that can orchestrate the entire thing

your suspicion was right in that inside that transmission are crazy strong gears that come from old foundry better than the new foundry

You havent tried to break it yet but your suspicion is that even if you tried to break it, you couldnt

what an idiot, you thought you can lift up a chassis like it was not packed with crazy thick steel/gear/everything

you honestly think you can move a mobile home in low gear with your robot

20241218_130910.jpg

your busted tire ruining your paint job on your loader frame

20241218_132223.jpg

put you your other L295 wheel and keep churning

Who is Joe talking to?
Joe has a whole host of friends, they are there in the pics. They are a team that he communicates with to address the next ailments of the Orange patient. They may appear to be invisible….but only to us mortal types.😎

FYI The slang term "freeze plug" was coined many decades ago based on the mistaken belief that the primary purpose of the core plugs was to protect the engine block against freezing.

Do you think it is possible Joe has some connection with the things people see flying on the east coast? You know, the things some people see but they are not really there as reported by some government know-it-alls.

Agree with the MIG or he could get a Lincoln stick. He should also get an old sink and electric fuel pump for a parts washer.
