    How about some 140w gear oil in the front diff?

    If you really want to run gear oil,consider 85W140. Thinner when cold and heavier when warm. Good Luck!

    I think battery cable replacement is suggested too often. Proper testing rather than throwing parts at it a better repair path. OP's could own and learn to use diagnostic tools(DVOM for instance)for voltage-drop tests,etc. Better money spent! Good Luck to OP!

    Seems like I recall hearing about lift pump problems on the L2501 tractors. Possibly a dealer question? There may be an issue! Check it out. Good Luck!

The awful forward sloping seat was replaced by Kubota with a much better seat for $27 exchange Awhile later,at the dealer,I noticed the same seat for sale for $100! Needless to say,I bought one.
