I'd suggest putting a pressure gauge in the high side just after the valve. Then put a knotty log on the splitter and see what kind of pressure you get on the gauge. It should go up to 1500 psi or maybe more. My initial guess is that you have a pump problem, but those 2 stage pumps are pretty...
