    I always use a little something. I dont/wont use blue RTV. Something more tacky and dark in color, my preference.

    B5100E Oil pressure and charging issues

    The oil senders used on these small diesels seem to fail after a little age. A gauge is a good idea, just know its a metric thread not NPT. There are ways around this for both temporary testing and permanent installation. Let us know results, then we can help more.

    B6100E steering box oil capacity?

    Its hard to Get it all out unless you have the box disassembled or use a vacuum tool of some sort. I suppose alternately you could pick the tractor up and shake it out! You could flush it out by squirting new oil in and let it drain out. You just really want to be sure theres no water left...

    Fuel Line Deteroiation - Tygon Fuel Line

    In light of those parameters, Yes I have used the small Dia. hose you are speaking of. But only on small 33cc 2-stroke engines. And to report, It did move gas from one point to another. With my limited usage it preformed as well as other clear fuel lines.

    L140 pto won't engage

    I'm not sure you will find much help as the L140 is a pretty rare tractor in discussions around the board. While a few have popped up around the country, not much is known about them. I can tell you I think I'd like to have one to play with for awhile.

    While I have seen it, it's only been in sizes appropriate to small 2-stroke engines. I never knew it was available in larger sizes.

    Everything electric on L2900 tractor is dead

    As said check the 4 cable ends. a poor ground is most usual suspect in my experience. Dont be surprised that the Batt is exhibiting a low charge. Poor connections will also affect charging. I say this because you say the Batt voltage is 12V. Nominal batt voltage 13.5-13.8V.

    I believe Lil foot is steering you right. wipe and or degrease and wipe down the area and watch for the fluid exit point. It should be an easy fix for you. Oh glad your here!

    Most folks do away/disconnect the "Decomp Lever" anyway as the are usually problematic.
