    FEL side mounted bush hog

Interesting, but I am not sure that is such a good idea. I'd be concerned about all that weight on the side of my bucket. It would be a lot easier to roll it when mowing a ditch. I would be concerned about debris from the mower coming back at me. Interesting idea though...

Learned my lesson- do not run out of diesel

She runs like a top! I hit the glow plugs a bit and she starts with a turn or 2 of the engine every time. Now, if the land would just dry out, I could put her to some good use. It has been a wet June around here...

Learned my lesson- do not run out of diesel

Ya, it is a pain in the butt to bleed the system, at least the first time it was for me. It took much longer to bleed that air out than anticipated. I don't plan on repeating it again anytime soon....until the next fuel filter change...:D

48 inch brush hog blade removal

Those should be the parts you need. I just did this a couple of months ago on my B7100. It cured the issue. It was fairly easy to do as well. The hardest part was finding a way to get the piston out of the cylinder. I think I got mine to pop out by manually working the 3 point arms. I have heard...

    How check oil level b7100hst

Per my manual the front differential recommended oil amount is not enough to fill it to the bottom of the fill port. It only takes a quart to fill up the front axle sections. You almost have to drain them, then add the appropriate amount of oil per your manual. I think it was like .70 quarts for...

    Odd B7100 3 point setup

My Kubota owners manual for my 1977, B7100 has this same exact 3 point set up in the manual. It seems like a stock set up to me. Is there a better design out there, that one can change too? I have seen others with the check chains to the inside and not the outside. Is that a better design?

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I finally got a chance to work my tractor for the first time since I purchased it back in February. I used it to pull a disc for my 2 food plots yesterday. It worked well. I am very impressed with the B7100. So far, no issues after all of my upgrades and maintenance. That 4wd sure comes in handy!!

    Don't Follow the Crowd

What a timely post. I was sitting outside work this morning, listening to Jason Aldean's song "Laughed until we cried". I had a tear in my eye, thinking back, how just a few years ago, my 22 year old son was born. I can remember that day like it was yesterday. He moved out several years ago. We...

    B7100 Engine Hour Gauge

I just tossed mine a few weeks back, because it was bad. From what I remember, I don't believe there was an easy way to take it apart.
