    WTB G5200 mower deck yokes

I need the 2 yokes and the u joint that pin onto the gearbox on the deck. I imagine anything from a G3200 to a G6200 would work. If anyone somewhat local is willing to sell a complete deck with the yokes, I'd be interested in that too. Thanks.

    Another battery post (pun intended)

Walmart batteries are made by the same company who makes some car parts branded batteries. (Johnson Controls)

    L2501 capability, pricing check

Kubota currently has 0% APR for 5 years if that helps your decision. Depending on the condition, you should be paying around 60% the original retail price so they are actually a bit high. My guy at the dealer recommended getting the floors professionally bed lined. Being used to the Grand L...

    G5200 hydro transmission info

It's already happening.. I still want to see if the current HST can be welded. My original 5200 is a time capsule so if I have to sacrifice the parts tractor, I'll do it, but it'll be sad. I really want to put my current deck on this tractor next spring and mow with it. She really needs ran at...

    G5200 hydro transmission info

To those interested, I ended up buying a G5200 the other day with 800 hours. Good little tractor, but no deck. Judging by the condition of the frame and oil pan, I am guessing the deck just rusted away. I'm going to attempt to get my current HST welded up, but my plan B is to take the HST out...

    Homemade Ballast

How do you pump the fluid into the tires? My quote was $280 for the beet juice/ soy stuff for the entry level sized industrial tires on the L2501 so ~80ish gallons at about $1 a gallon, you didn't do too bad.

    B2601 how much ballast?

Are you planning on pushing snow with the bucket?

    New L2501 next week

This photo is what inspired me to get forks for wood cutting. Plus, they could be used on my father's Grand L when I go out to their place and cut wood. Lol.

    L2501 current price check

I was quoted $22.8 out the door for a the L2501 HST, loader w/ HD bucket and quick attach and the lower end Land Pride FDR1672 finisher. I went back wanting forks, quick hitch, ballast filled tires, cruise control, and 72" blade and my price is now at $25k out the door.

    Dirt Road Maintenance

When my parent's road was dirt, the county came through every month or so weather permitting with a 6 wheel drive grader. Seemed to work okay, but the washboard always came back in very short time. I am guessing the ground is too soft of a grader box or anything else that's "harsh." I would add...

    Kubota Regen Warranty Policy Change?

Not surprised the B3350 is on there. My local dealer doesn't even stock them and threatened to send me to the competition if that's what I really wanted.

    B vs L

I was/ am in a similar situation. After talking to my guy at the dealer, he talked me "down" to the L2501. Overall, it's a bigger tractor with a beefier rear end with (I'd assume) more lifting power than the B at an identical price. It's also simpler with the old school analog gauges unlike the...

New Kubota owner, believe I got a good deal!

Very good looking tractor. I wish I could find something like this used, but it just isn't meant to be. This is the best looking L model by far.

    L3301 vs L3901: significant differences?

If those are the only differences that stand out to you, look into the L2501. It'll be cheaper too because it has no emissions equipment. It'll handle a rotary cutter and box just fine, but you may need to go slower than if you had the 33 or the 39. If you look at Land Pride's literature, the...

    Kubota O percent

My guy at the dealer said a low hour (<200) , excellent condition Kubota is worth about 60% it's full retail value. Yes, it is very hard to find someone willing to go that low.. For me, 0% APR, buying what I want, and a factory warranty make perfect sense.

    Experience with King Kutter?

I realize Land Pride is better, but it looks like I could get a 72" King Kutter (Tractor Supply, Rural King etc.) blade for about half as much as a 72" Land Pride. From what I have seen, they are US made and appear to be of of decent quality. Plus, it's a blade so there's no moving parts and...
