You can have spacers built to make the rear wheel reversible - they are available form the TRACKS co, on EBAY. Search for Kubota wheel spacers. It'll cost about $400. If it was my choice, I'd mess with the $2K trailer, rather than the $20K tractor. You should be able to pick up wider axles...

I sort of go along with Stumpy on this one. After changing everything else, I'd certainly look at the key switch. Check the connections on the starter as well, if you haven't already. After you check battery voltage, check it again at the starter. Lots of luck! Let us know how you make out.

:) They had a problem with the 185/245 way back when. Dealer recalled my 185 and put a kit in the transmission, back in '79 or '80. I'd only seen the problem once, and that was on a considerable hill... Never another problem.

I had them put a front pump on my old L185DT just after I bought it. I believe the pump made it 3-4 times as fast, a BIG difference. Look up the gpm of the hydraulics system in the specs, and the gpm of the front pump at about 2500 rpm, and simple division should get you the speed increase...

The Kubota solution is VERY misleading! They are actually about 7/8" spacers - they say 1-1/2 because that is the clearance you end up with. My dealer charged $315 for the set, but refunded the entire price when I was unhappy. I was going to build my own, but it would have ended up costing...

I was going to use my old magnetic heater from the L185 days (which worked GREAT) and was shocked to find the oil pans on the L3200 are aluminum! Check before you buy the magnet... I got the permanent Kubota in-block water heater, but have not been home to see if is any good.
