    Injector ports - leak?

Depending on how many hrs are on the machine, you might want to consider taking the pump to a rebuilder. I just had one done (cat, not kubota) and it only cost me a hundred a cylinder. My eyes are bad enough that I don't take the chance of losing a part, during a rebuild. You should be able to...

    Auger Hitch/Boom

I would recommend you mock it up, out of wood, before welding a stitch. Most Universal fit models have a sliding collar, on the central tube, to make it adjustable, to any tractor on the market. Maybe even better, to take pictures and measurements, at a friendly dealer. Also, 3 point hitch...

Kubota b 3030 with woods backhoe and cab TOPHEAVY

Another thing to use in daily practice, is to carry the load low. Especially when on a hill have the front bucket as low as possible, and for that matter it won't hurt to do the same thing with the hoe bucket... Point 2: just how steep is the hill? These...

Anybody have a good source for befco tiller parts?

Lucked out. Chain is 60H, and I have 3 master links in the drawer. Got it apart, all I could find was busted chain, bent tensioner bolt, deformed steel by bolt, and a swelling in the gear case, the last 2 will be repaired by BFH. what caused it all was a cat 5 shear bolt, where a soft bolt...

Not my hyd PHD, the op's 3 PH model. I have used both types. I prefer the hyd model, flip a switch, unstick the auger, plus its easier to connect...:D:D

    Washer/spacer

Check anything that parks where the part was... Lots of times, at a factory that assembles anything like a car, atv, tractor, etc., if a washer drops down into the lower regions, the workers just grab another, to keep the line going. I wouldn't worry too much about it. For the record, it...

Anybody have a good source for befco tiller parts?

Tilling with the L-185 and a Befco G50, today, heard a bang, thought I hit something. Lookrd back, drive shaft spinning, but tiller reel wasn't turning. OK, I thought shear bolt, But NOOOOOOOOOOO, snapped drive chain, in the gear drop box. Easy to tell by the dent forcing the drop box cover...

    More bad guys loose

One of my brushes with armed responses, happened when I was still in college. Cutting hay one day in the fall, 2 canadian refugees decided to have a shootout with 2 armed Canadian escapees. Road was closed, when I was on the way home, police road block, so I ended up going through a...

A 55 gallon drum, with 3 point connections, set in the concrete, in the drum, would give you about 1100 lbs, almost what you need...:D:D

    Help!!Stuck PTO shaft

Soak the shaft in Kroil or your favorite penetrating oil. Then chain BH to a big tree. Disconnect the TPH attachment points. Use your tractor, to pull the 2 halves apart. If you have to, remove the remaining part if it is stuck to the tractor, by soaking with penetrating oil, and or, pulling...

It is possible. Just hook a buried root or rock, and the screw action drives the auger down, and the tractor up... :D:D

    Transport BX in pickup bed?

Back in the old days (less traffic on the local rds), we'd take a tricycle tractor, drive the front end onto the truck bed, chain it in place, and take off, sans tailgate... Cops nowadays DO then to take umbrage at that...:D:D

    Post Hole Digger

On my Hyd unit, I think its like 60 RPM. They used to make the PTO type out of truck rear ends, so a 4:1 rear should drop 540 down to to 135 RPM, so that's my guess...:D:D

    Daily Chuckle

Heard 2 more today: A blonde and a lawyer are seated next to each other on a flight from LA to NY. The lawyer asks if she would like to play a fun game? The blonde, tired, just wants to take a nap, politely declines and rolls over to the window to catch a few winks. The lawyer persists and...
