Tractor mounted cooler

Interested in ideas for this as well. Some of my tractor work I am fairly close by my truck but when I work up at my deer camp I can be several miles away from my truck in the woods and most of the time all day. My dad and I do the tractor work and before I bought my tractor we would follow each...

Auxiliary fuse block for L3800 L3200

[/IMG] Dash installed. It's a tight fit but there's not much room anywhere else. You can also see where I mounted the relay below the factory fuse block.

Auxiliary fuse block for L3800 L3200

Well I didn't think it would be this long but I finally got enough time off work to finish this. I used 6awg wire from the battery to a 100amp relay to the fuse block. So far I only have three of the six slots used up. I will be posting pictures shortly.

    L3800 Tool Box Improvement

Looks good. I did something similar on my 3800, now it just hinders my view when using the cutter.

little 4' bush hog leaking in front

You could put grease, my Kodak bush hog came factory with grease in it. Although I would repair the seal weather oil or gease goes in it. If oil is leaking out, water and/or debris can work its way in.

    Trailer for L3800

I have a 18' dovetail bumper pull I bought with my tractor. It's from Port City Trailers in Mobile. My only complaints are the tongue is to short as I can't let down my tailgate of my truck without it hitting the trailer jack. And the dovetail is really low, busted both tail lights first trip...

    l3901 disc harrow

I pull a 5.5 ft box frame disc with my L3800. It weighs about 850lbs, 90% of the time I'm in medium range(HST trans) other 10% it's in low range. EDIT I will also add I don't run out of power pulling it but lose traction. This is with R1 tires, in 4wd, loaded rears, and with the factory loader.

    L3800 Rear Remotes

Interested in this as well. Local dealer quoted me $850 for rear remotes for my L3800. Looking to get them installed with a 3rd valve this summer.

Mounted a winch on my L3800

Did you use the standard viper or the wide spool? I'm thinking 40ft might not be enough versus the wide spools 65ft

Mounted a winch on my L3800

Looks good. I plan to do the same with my L3800. What size/brand winch did you go with?

    Oil after 50hr break in

I switched my L3800 over to Amsoil at the 50 hour break in. Kubota doesn't make their oil, it's rebranded from another company. I run Amsoil in everything I own.

Auxiliary fuse block for L3800 L3200

Alternator is rated for 45A so I should be good there. I wouldn't be using everything at one time either. I could wire everything in one or two circuits but just personal preference I guess to have everything separate, plus I like the ability to add things later in time. Thanks for the responses

Auxiliary fuse block for L3800 L3200

Definitely using a master fuse for the power supply, I may do a ignition control relay depending what I add.

Auxiliary fuse block for L3800 L3200

Yeah this is definitely not my first wiring job, just looking to see if anyone has went through this before on this particular model tractor. There is very little room up near the firewall.
