Cleaned a drainage ditch by hand and with the FEL and mowed about 2 miles of roads on my hunting lease. Very hot today, started around 7 am and got the tractor loaded around 2:00.

I picked up my 1995 HST (660 hours)with loader, woods 3 pt finish mower, and Befco 4' brush hog and wheel weights this year. I got it from a Deere dealer for IMHO a good price. It's been great so far, I have no regrets and agree its a tough little tractor.

I bought her a new ride! 12' suretrac tube top trailer. Picked up a couple heavy duty D-rings that have the same bolt spacing on the front of the tractor for tie down points. Got some brush hogging in last week at my hunting lease and the tractor and the brush hog worked great.

So, I got the third tooth bar. It needed a little grinding (and then painting) for a good fit, but the mounting points were better and it's installed. Looking forward to getting it in the ground. Basically took 3 weeks to get resolved, and in the end I should have just accepted and adjusted...
