Because the day after you sold it, is when you'd need it, and regret selling it!!!!!!

    Backhoe Owners poll.......

Yup...mine is off the tractor most of the time, but when you need it...it's worth it's weight in gold!!!! I have it sitting on a dolly so it's easy to move around, put on and take off. Takes maybe 15 mins to drop the weight box, remove the 3 point hitch hardware, and put the hoe on.

Mounting new LED lights on B2650HSD

Anyone that has a B2650 can always upgrade the dynamo to the 40A alternator using this 40 Amp Alternator Kit B7324. It lists the B2630 in the "For Tractors", but it is compatible with the B2650. Here's a YouTube Install Video of a guy installing it in his B2650. I installed it mainly because I...

2008 M5040 no dash power, no gauges nothing, tractor runs fine

Loose harness...or MICE!!!! I recently did the 40A alternator upgrade and had to pull my dash. To my SURPRISE...the entire dash area, and around the gas tank was jam full of STUFF!!!! I had kept the tractor in a shed for a year before putting it back in the garage, and obviously the mice...

Mounting new LED lights on B2650HSD

All kinds of magnetic mounts.... This way you can change things around if needed. I left enough slack in the harness so I can mount mine on either side of the ROPS. You could make a metal base to secure the light to and use rectangular u-bolts...just have to measure for the correct size.

Mounting new LED lights on B2650HSD

I just mounted one 4" square light on the right side of my ROPS using a magnetic mount. I used the 20A Fused work lights connector back under the rear right taillight. I mounted the relay up under there and ran the switch harness back to my dash. Fortunately I have a "removable" panel that i...

    Backhoe Owners poll.......

Had to dig around the perimeter of the deck...skunks were getting under it. Dug down a good 12" or so, and use wire mess secured to the vertical boards. Backhoe made it an easy job!!!!! (y)

Multi-Metal Rust Risk? Should I just weld this sucker?

I used gas. Haven't used flux wire in quite a while.

Multi-Metal Rust Risk? Should I just weld this sucker?

I'd weld up the "assembly", and then bolt it on like you're doing. I just made a mounting plate for a winch and bolted it to the front of the tractor. I prefer to be able to take things on and off!

Multi-Metal Rust Risk? Should I just weld this sucker?

It's all steel...for something like this I'd just fire up my MIG and go to town!!!!

    Grease Gun Coupler

I agree with mikester...the LockNLube Coupler is probably the best out there. I have both the normal length and the XL, both have worked flawlessly. Worth the money.

    Front Axle Oil

I have the Owners manual and the WSM for the tractor. I saw both listed and just asked to see what was the preferred oil to use.

    Front Winch...

Thanks...I'm not planning on pulling anything that heavy. I pulled a 300Z motor out of my basement this morning. I just set the brakes and the tractor didn't move. I screwed a piece of plywood to the stairs, then pulled/slid the motor up with the winch. Then connected a chain to it and lifted it...
