    Adding rock/gravel help

I have a box blade, but no land plane. Gotten pretty good with the BB. I find that a couple/few passes with the BB’s rippers down, and some “re-profiling” as needed does great things. Sometimes saves me adding material altogether, but often less than I expected. Some planes have rippers...

    T6 5w40?

I think you will find many here use Rotella T6 5w-40 year ‘round. I know I do..... I’m in upstate New York, and we get winter. The 5w makes cold starts much easier than 15w.... I don’t have a block heater, but tractor is parked in an attached garage. Also, if you’re a fan of synthetic motor...

Mr. K - - Re: #1 - I did post a photo VERY easily and successfully from my phone's browser the other day after you made some changes. Also, since then , member FordTech posted some very helpful pointers in this thread about adjusting the browser's view on the phone. I have not tried them...

Mr. K - I don’t want to sound needy or ungrateful at all. I’ve enjoyed OTT for 7+ years, and am SO appreciative of the opportunity to be a member here. I thank you and Vic for all of that, and certainly appreciate your efforts over the last week. No thanks can go without thanking Coach George...

    7200D Hydrostatic and FEL issues

We've had occasions here on OTT where guys complain of poor power/performance in high range, especially on hills. In some of those cases, folks were driving the HST tractor as they would a passenger vehicle....if it doesn't go, mash the "gas" pedal.... With an HST tractor, pushing the pedal...

Source for wiring harnesses for an L225.

I would look up Lance, aka "007Kubotaguy" here on OTT. Send him an email. He has many parts for older L-series. Several folks here have gotten something from him. Place to start anyway.

    How Is Your Beef Supply

I haven’t heard from my beef grower in a while, except backed up to mid-June at the small local processor. He’s a very small operation, and think he only ships 2-5 head at a time. He normally finishes his cattle February-March, since he brings them inside anyway for our winters. I’m no...

    What is this?

Looks like the last time I cleaned out the drain basket/screen in my wife's clothes washer. Sometimes I'm not good about checking my pockets. I heard about that.....:o

    Need some chainsaw guidance please

This is timely and I (hopefully) contributed last week. I cut a few little (4-6”) stumps off the other day. Hit a stone as I ALWAYS DO cutting stumps and bar starts smoking after the initial white/gray as the stone dust flies out from the top of the bar away from me. [emoji31]Wouldn’t cut...

2380 wont turn bushhog fast enough to cut

A few years ago I did some governor work on my old 'Moline and had to figure out engine RPM at WOT. Used rear PTO as an indicator with a non-contact digital tach from Amazon. Small piece of reflective tape on PTO shaft, then "point and shoot" with the tach. $20 well-spent....got me close...

Poor customer service (nothing to do with tractors)

We had a lab/Great Dane mix (we think). 147 pounds, and didn’t have a mean bone in his body. While protective of his Mom (my wife), any other time it was “Welcome to my house!” Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    What's cookin' boys?

I did fried shrimp and scallops along with seasoned potatoes and Cole slaw. The shrimp were 21-25’s, so I didn’t butterfly them. Honestly, I’m getting too lazy to monkey around with shrimp for prep. Love them, but I’ve prepped tons of them.... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    BX2200 starter problem

Given your drop to 11v, you have a battery problem or connection problem like 200 mentioned. My first thought is ground wire to battery. A long-time member here used to say all connections need to be “clean, bright and tight.” I would 1. Check and clean all battery connections, including the...

    What's cookin' boys?

Very nice! Love shrimp on the grill.... Drizzle a little seasoned olive oil (garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, etc.) on those shrimp while grilling, or even a mix of seasoned Olive oil and your favorite hot sauce......maybe a little worchestershire sauce and ketchup (yes, ketchup) mixed...
