$83 bucks for that filter isn't out of reason, I've paid double that for some on my Snowcats.

I'd look at a higher efficiently unit, 96% to 98%, direct vent fully condensing. Most come with a variable/VFD motors to improve overall performance. it will pay for itself in fuel savings. Also look at the heat exchanger material and the warranty on them, the better the more $$.

My B3200 with BH JUST fits on my 10K Lbs 18ft. I wish I'd bought a 20ft.

Go old school on it, take the weight off it and lube it up and use a pipe wrench.
