I need some weight for the back

Definitely get your tires filled with the most weight you can get in them. It's like a night and day difference with ride quality and stability. Putting a lot of weight on the 3pt without filled tires will give it a bouncy ride and it's not a good feeling. Think of it this way... Filled tires...

    Weather in your area ?

Last month was extremely dry, we even had a good sized wildfire that we haven't seen in a very long time. This month has been on the wet side with mild temps. Few warm days but generally mild. Having rain almost every day must be a pain for the farmers trying to hay. We are under a tornado...

    Happy Father's Day

This may be a day late, but i hope everyone had a great day yesterday or at least got to reflect on their memories wether good or bad. My father has never been a fan of presents on any occasion, but I picked him up a a set of Gator Blades for his kubota (highly recommend on here). He was...

    Factory dozer hydraulic hook-up?

For some reason I can't find the manual to the b205, when I find it I need to scan the whole damm thing! I'm not sure what size the female ports on the block are. I don't have my tractor at the house right now so I'm working off of memory . I'm pretty sure they are SAE, and mine uses...

    Factory dozer hydraulic hook-up?

Re: Factory dozer hydrolic hook up??? It may be possible but I believe it's a bit pressed for space. Personally I wouldn't waste the money on quick connects, it only takes a few minutes and two wrenches to spin a hydraulic fitting. It may be a bad idea to use QC's for that because if for some...

    Factory dozer hydraulic hook-up?

Re: Factory dozer hydrolic hook up??? Your guess is right, that is just the cover. That cover will be replaced with the diverter plate kit which will give you an In and out port to connect to the spool. Just remember, if you ever take the blade off you must loop those two ports together with...

    Factory dozer hydraulic hook-up?

Re: Factory dozer hydrolic hook up??? There is a few ways to tap the hydraulics. I think the easiest way is to use the hydraulic block down near the break pedal. The adapter plate is Part#: 70070-00385. I don't know if they are still available, but you may be able to come up with one used...

    Diesel additive

Re: Diesel additive?... With todays low sulphur diesel fuel I recall Wolfman saying that. Something on the line of the newer tractors were designed for low sulfur fuel. I run Marvels Mystery Oil with my b7100 because it is from the 70's. Does it make a difference? I have no idea but it...

Putting up hay on a hill side...

I could use that rig with one of these to take care of an overgrown hillside I have....http://www.loftness.com/VM-Logix/Carbide-Cutter-Extreme-PTO.php We're thinking of getting a couple goats next year. I guess I'll never know how long they will last with the coy dogs around until I give it a...

    Happy Monday

I always thought the international motors were the best motors ford ever had, at least that's what I heard. My buddy had an 06 with the 6L that was one of their worst motors they ever put in a truck. After 75k he spent at least 2-3K a year on repairs. The transmission went at 100K as well as...

    Kubota BX25 Starting issue.

I have a hard time believing a B7100 will out power a BX25, but I've never used one. My 7100 doesn't have a FEL, but I would bet a bucket load in a BX with power steering would be much easier to steer than a 7100. I'm sure a BX would power any attachment much better considering the PTO spins...

You mean you expected a $60k truck to run past 120k? :p that sucks!

    Kubota BX25 Starting issue.

Sounds like you bought too small of a tractor for you actual needs. The BX is a nice home owner machine for Light duty work. Mowing, snow removal, digging small holes/trenches, and light loader work. You can't expect a small tractor like that to perform like full size, I don't care who makes it.

    IQ test...

10/12 anyone else get the feeling the test was created by Liz Warren or her future campaign team? Sorry Liz, you don't get my vote. I like my second amendment right, and can't stand your communist gun control laws in the state you represent. I could't afford and didn't want to burry myself...

how much sand to put under sewer line?

Unless your ground is very boney with larger than 3/4" stone, you don't need sand. It's a good practice to cover with sand, but in all reality, clean fill works just fine. When the fill is a bit boney, just a thin barrier of sand is really needed. If your going to run a compactor over the...

He looks like a little snake hunter, I'm happy he's ok! Mine likes to search out garden snakes and moles like she's a cat or something. Thankfully no poisonous snakes around me. Although, my bully got stung by a bee on its lip a few years ago. Her face swelled right up and we had to take her...

    Mystery Leak LA402 Loader

Thanks Wolfman, I'm going to change all three just for good measure :p. The part I don't get if it is pressurized, it should leak all the time while running and working, just not a small amount on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The manual describes #80 as a return line, and it looks to go...

    Mystery Leak LA402 Loader

Default Mystery Leak LA402 Loader Hello everyone, I've got a question for all of you orange pros. I have a mystery leak coming from the FEL on the b2910. There is a few drops of oil appearing just below the loader valve. Last year we replaced the 4 lines going to the loader cylinders, we have...
