    Belly mower backwards

BK and Chapter are correct, the belt going to the mower should cross. If you look closely, one end of the loop is actually higher than the other to make room for the X so that the belt don't touch.

Do you have specs on B219 lines and/or hoses?

Page 7 and 8 should tell you the exact length, hose size, and fitting size. Looks to be mostly 1/4" NPT And one 3/8". The lines themselves can be either the fitting size or 3/8" hose with 1/4" fittings. Your better off just using the same size hose as the fitting. Even if it is 1/4" fittings...

    Very poor MMM performance

I got mine off of eBay and just did a search under the MMM deck model. I'm sure doing the same with Google would bring you some results.

    Very poor MMM performance

We had the same issues with the b2910 with a 60" MMM. Recently we put a set of gator blades on it and the performance increased significantly. The tractor was down for a few weeks due to leaking hydraulic line when we installed them. Along with heavy rains and the summer sun, the grass got...

    What if

What if....a frek'n terrorist lives close enough to you that you could hit his house with a golf ball with strong driver swing, maybe a second shot with a wedge.:mad: Terrorist aren't always in big cities folks, we are a small town. You'll see it all over the news this evening. The story...

Kubota exibition on an agricultur fair

Very interesting pictures, thanks for sharing! The smaller tractors look like a cross between a B and a BX, almost like a modern b7100. The FELs are interesting also, they have two curl cylinders compared to a BX's one. They look like the perfect little tractor! I see they are labeled as a...

    Problems with loader float setting

I get what your trying to say there and that should tell you if the float works, but your putting all of the weight of the whole tractor onto the float. If that doesn't work, then something is definitally wrong with the float. I have the same problem with my 7100 with the snowblower on the...

    Problems with loader float setting

It may be because of the weight of the BH. When the FEL is in float, it is no longer a counterweight for the BH. Try it without the BH and I bet you find the float works just fine.

    What if

I don't watch prepers, but happened to catch it one time that had a family in my anti gun state. The were the "peace & love" type that didn't agree with owning firearms. I remember them saying if the SHTF, they would be able to trade home grown food with their other anti gun friends and they...

    Towing safety

I've never used stabilizer bars, but I don't tow anything big. My grandfather used to use them on an old 1964 camper pulled by an old Buick, back when those cars were built heavier than today's trucks :p. Do they have to be disconnected in order to make a tight turn or while backing the...

    Towing safety

Wow  Does anyone cross the saftey chains to act as a cradle? My grandfather showed me that a long time ago and recall someone laughing at me for it a while back.... I've never had a towing malfunction where the chains came into play so I really don't know how well it works, but it seems...

Walmart caught up in cake politics...

Socialism has been doing wonders for Greese, look where they are today. It's all fun and games until you run out of everyone else's money! Vermont is one of the only "free" states left when it comes to the second amendment. It's always been a place where nobody cares what you do, which...

    B2910 Question

The 3pt knob popped right off with a little persuasion. I tried removing the panel with the seat knob still attached and ended up cracking it :(. I don't know if it was my own dumb fault or if the plastic is just brittle from being exposed to the sunlight for 14 yrs. I'm thinking a combo...

    B2910 Question

Thanks Wolfman, I'll check into your suggestions. The 3pt knob didn't seem to me that it was threaded because it had one flat edge on the shaft going into it. Seeing that, I just figured it was pressed or had a set screw or something, so I didn't try twisting it off. I'll definitely double...

    B2910 Question

I have to remove a panel below the seat to access the power beyond line to replace it. The panel seems easy to remove but I'm having trouble with removing the two knobs. One is the 3pt lowering speed and the upper one is the suspension adjustment knob. I don't see any type of set screw...

    Factory dozer hydraulic hook-up?

I would hook it up like Wolfman said. It sounds like there is something blocking the flow . Check all fittings and hoses to make sure there are no obstructions. I would also bleed everything after making sure the correct hoses are hooked up where they are should be. That will tell...

    B2910 deal

Go to a dealer and price out a new 2920 with the same options. We have the same exact setup and it's been an awesome machine, haven't had one problem except changing the hydraulic lines. Not bad for being 14 yrs old and it's still on the original battery (but starting to get weak). The...

Trade a new bota deck or sell and buy a new 3pt deck....?

I'm another guy that uses dollies for everything. For MMM I use cheap snowmobile dollies like these... http://www.sears.com/larin-deluxe-snowmobile-dolly-set/p-02816235000P?sid=IDx01192011x000001&kpid=02816235000&pla=&kispla=02816235000P&mktRedirect=y Unlike a furniture dolly (that I also use...
