B7200 3 point linkage (looking for)

Here's a pic of the oil pool after I park the tractor.. I'm wondering if the O rings, banjo bolt and lines need to be completely dried before installing/tightening the bolt down? Again, the leak is barely present during use but gets much worse after the machine is shut down.

B7200 3 point linkage (looking for)

That's pretty much what I was finding in a search as well.. some of them don't have the greatest reviews (cheap flimsy metal, incorrect parts etc) guess I'll have to do some digging around. Maybe find what I need off a wrecked tractor.

B7200 3 point linkage (looking for)

I believe I have everything except for the "arms" and linkages I've seen other tractors with. Maybe they aren't necessary with all implements? Idk, just trying to figure out what I need before I order an implement and can't use it.

B7200 3 point linkage (looking for)

Thank you, I'll have to check them out! Any recommendations for a 3 point linkage kit? I was a bit uneducated when I bought the tractor - never realized I would need more than what was on the tractor in order to use implements. Doh!

B7200 3 point linkage (looking for)

Here's pics of the leaking point. I believe it starts up top and works its way down. I do not want to overtighten - as I've already snapped/replaced one of the banjo bolts already.

B7200 3 point linkage (looking for)

I can do that later today. The leak is at the high pressure side of where the hydraulic block meets the pump via a banjo bolt. I replaced both O-rings twice and still leakage.. I'm wondering if there is excessive pressure for some reason? FEL works great, minor leakage during use, followed by a...

B7200 3 point linkage (looking for)

Basically it's just as the title says. I have a 3ph that I have yet to use and would like to start utilizing it. I'm hoping to eventually get a ballast box, York rake, and a trailer hitch receiver.. looks like the linkages are pretty much obsolete and the kits online don't have great reviews...

Hydraulic oil foaming out vent hole

Thanks Dave, If there's something I've learned over my long 28 years of life, (lol) it's better to lay everything out on the table. Even if what you did might be stupid, or ignorant. Also, I've been trying to give back to others on these forums - with whatever knowledge I have attained. Because...

Hydraulic oil foaming out vent hole

Thanks for all the info. I just flushed the hydro fluid and all seems a lot better. It appears that a little water can cause big problems in a hydraulic system... I didn't get to address the leak on top of the hydro block yet, but I think this is a step in the right direction.

Hydraulic oil foaming out vent hole

If I'm looking at the oil on the dipstick it's nice and clear, drained a bit out of the axle yesterday (just to see what it looked like) and it looked nice and clean. When it comes out the vent tube it looks milky - likely due to all the bubbles. I believe I may have introduced a small amount...

Hydraulic oil foaming out vent hole

Dave, thanks again for the reply! I did not know about the grease on the O-rings, or snap ring position. I may have to reposition the snap ring and see what happens. So, if the pump seal fails it can allow air to enter the system? I'm just curious because before it was leaking oil into the...

Hydraulic oil foaming out vent hole

So I double checked all my connections and re-tightened all my connections and I still have a small leak at the banjo bolt on top of the pump. Gaskets looked great (their new), but even with a ton of tension their still leaking. I'm not sure how tight it should be, but the old O-ring was...

Hydraulic oil foaming out vent hole

Dave, I did replace the O-rings/crush washers on the banjo bolts and I got them as tight as I could. (May have to double check that) I also replaced all rubber hoses while I had everything apart. I haven't touched the screener plug since cleaning it out a couple months ago, but will see if it...

Hydraulic oil foaming out vent hole

Hey all, In need of some help.. again. Yesterday I finished up a front crank seal and hydraulic pump seal on my B7200HST. When I went to test the hydraulics (FEL) everything worked fine except it seemed a bit slow at first. Then I realized foamy hydraulic oil was quickly overflowing from the...

    B7100 D fan belt replacement.

I'm not familiar with what your referring to with the PTO shaft... Unless there's something really funky going on it should be pretty easy.. just did mine yesterday on a 7200HST. I believe the easiest (maybe only) method is to remove the radiator. Gives you direct access.

This is what I was referring to as far as the direction goes. Thanks

    B7200 Crank seal

Hey all, my last thread I had open went dead. I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I royally F'd up the new seal I got for my crankshaft leak. I ordered another and I might need a new crankshaft collar as well. *sigh* Thank you to IWM, who originally told me there was also an O-ring that...

Help -fuel sending unit issue, hydo oil in engine

Changed the oil and ran the machine for a few hours yesterday and all is good. Super pumped, got the parts I ordered today - only 3 days. Go Messics and FedEx! Tested the new sending unit before installing and all is good! Hoping to get to the oil seals withing the next couple days. Thanks...

Help -fuel sending unit issue, hydo oil in engine

I've done some more research online, and I'm hoping someone will confirm this. I've read hydraulic fluid is essentially engine oil without the detergents...

Help -fuel sending unit issue, hydo oil in engine

That's what I tried before. One on the ground of the sending unit and one on the lead. No resistance at any position of the float. I re-tested and same result. Ordered a new sending unit, will send back the new gauge if old gauge is still good. Thanks for the help guys! Definitely basic...
