    B7200 crankshaft oil leak

Any idea what the part # is for that O-ring? Got a screen shot of the parts for the case and I'm not seeing it. Thanks again

    B7200 crankshaft oil leak

Huh.. that would be great news for me. I managed to find the thread that lead me to believe this. Is this wrong...

    B7200 crankshaft oil leak

This is front seal. Is it true you have to pull the case off the front? Not as bad as splitting the tractor - but still doesn't sound fun. If there's a pressure related problem won't it blow out other seals? Part of me thinks it is because the tractor sat for a while at it's last home and it...

    B7200 crankshaft oil leak

Hey guys, It's exactly as the title says. Crankshaft seal is leaking pretty bad and will need to be replaced soon. This isn't my first leak - I fixed one at the oil filter housing and another at the hour meter cable housing on the front of the block. I'm wondering if there is too much pressure...

    7200D Hydrostatic and FEL issues

I'm not an expert, but I have the same tractor and I did notice a slight difference in speed and RPMs after I did a flush of the trans. The HST has 2 filter screens and one of mine was really "plugged" up before I cleaned it out. Worth a shot - buy correct replacement fluid and if it doesn't...

    B7200 re-paint/mixing suggestions

Forgot to follow up! Paint has hardened a bit, but I can still dig a finger nail in and scrape down to the primer. At this point, it seems the primer had excellent adhesion. The top coat does not. I'm wondering if it's the paint, maybe I should have stuck with the majic brand. I'm pretty much...

    B7200 loader mount issue/need help!

I love this little tractor. It's given me some hell with all the work I've put into it already, but it works just as hard and went through a lot of abuse before I got it and went through everything. Just got the loader re-mounted, going to do some welding of the brackets tomorrow and then I...

    B7200 loader mount issue/need help!

Oh awesome, thanks for the picture! Yea looks like there's plenty of room, didn't realize the block protruded like that for the mounting process. I would assume the protruding part is solid metal which would be great.

    B7200 loader mount issue/need help!

What I might do in the meantime is tap the frame portion and not the block itself. Only issue might be that the threads don't go deep enough for a good solid foundation. What I think happened is the bolts walked out because there was play around the bolts due to the bracket holes being too...

    B7200 loader mount issue/need help!

Hadn't thought of that, or used one before.. is there any chance of them coming out? I assume you would punch them in?

    B7200 loader mount issue/need help!

Hey guys, I tried posting this on one of my old threads with no luck so far and am in need of some help asap. The main question.. Does anyone know if it's safe for me to bore/tap the block of the engine where the engine support bolts/loader brackets are? The threads are junked out. Stock they...

Need help with FEL install - B7200

Hey guys got a quick question. Can I safely bore out/tap the bolt holes that support the engine to the frame? They are currently M-10 1.25 and I'm thinking of going M-12 1.25. What happened?.. got the loader/bracket installed on Friday and used it for about an hour before the 4 engine support...

    B7200 re-paint/mixing suggestions

Paint is still a bit soft, but has gotten better with time. I still might have to strip it all off if I want a better product.. I'm wondering if it would have made that big be of a difference if I had sanded the primer, or if using acetone instead of mineral spirits was a big mistake. I've tried...

    Leak at 3 point hitch

I'm thinking I got the wrong gaskets.. ordering new ones along with the "spring" I'm missing. No idea what it really looks like as the only website that stocks the part has no image. Will post end results when I get the parts in the next week or two.

    Leak at 3 point hitch

Sorry, but I'm here to revive my own thread! Finally getting around to fixing my hydraulic leak. Found it coming right from the 3point lever assembly. Got it apart and I'm confused, I bought the right gasket according to the spec sheet (see photos), now I'm wondering if someone changed...

    B7200 re-paint/mixing suggestions

I live in MA. And we have had an unusually cool April and part of May so far. The weather is finally turning, and grass seed I planted weeks ago is finally taking. Definitely a factor - which is why I gave the primer 2 days. Paint is going on 3+ days as it is. Hopefully it continues to cure, got...

    B7200 re-paint/mixing suggestions

What's your opinion on the paint? Do you think it needs more time to cure, or did I make a crucial mistake of some kind? I mixed the primer per the instructions on the can, and for the topcoat I went 5:1 acetone instead of the 15% that is recommended. Thought that would be better since the...

    B7200 re-paint/mixing suggestions

Well I guess that's relieving to hear. I guess I'll just have to baby the paint until it cures on the inside. Never seen paint do that before. A couple spots wrinkled from me applying to much pressure on them. I'll just touch up the bad spots later. Just maddening after I spent over a week...

    B7200 re-paint/mixing suggestions

Hey guys, got some updated pictures. I'm loving the color but the paint is super super soft. It feels dry to the touch, but comes up easily if you scrap it with something solid. Kinda nervous/irritated but I had to get the parts on the tractor today to get it out of the rain coming tomorrow. A...
