What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Yeah - I’m one of the guys putting on snowblowers and chains. Even on their tiny residential lot, our kids are cognizant of extra leaves, brush, etc. I can’t imagine trying to minimize fire risk on significant acreage. We’re surrounded by mostly mature hardwood woods. A forest fire here...

    Fabricating a better pedal

That’s what gets me. I grew up with wheel brakes that were needed daily.

Looking for Ideas on how to keep birds from destroying my new fascia boards.

How could you make such a statement related to house siding?!?!😉😀 I’ve never known crabs to infest wood siding. Other things maybe…..😉😳 https://www.webmd.com/drugs/2/drug-61912/a-200-lice-killing-topical/details

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Wow - that’s dry…..praying for rain for you guys ASAP. One of our daughters is in Santa Cruz, CA, near the beach of Monterey Bay. They’ve had drought and wildfires off and on for years. Some fires have been close to the small city of Santa Cruz. . Don’t wish that on anyone.

Looking for Ideas on how to keep birds from destroying my new fascia boards.

Earlier I said sometimes peckers just want to drill something…..of course I’m subject-correct related to birds, (carpenter) bees and wood…..coff coff 😉

    Snow chains…do I need them?

Posted on the other “What are you doing…” thread… I don’t wait to decide. I know I need chains. Your mileage may vary, but hopefully not when you need them them and you’re caught without. Believe me, much nicer to put on at 60 degrees…..😉

    Quick Hitch? 👍 or 👎

I’ll be the first to say I love my QH. $80 with coupon years ago from Harbor Freight. Added an extended hook from our OTT member Kenny at www.Boltonhooks.com - world of difference.

Looking for Ideas on how to keep birds from destroying my new fascia boards.

I think I recall your pictures with the damage years ago on OTT. No bugs to be had. We moved into this house 33 years ago this month. Next morning here there was a Pecker slamming on an aluminum ladder across the road….friggin thing wouldn’t quit until my (new) neighbor took the damn thing...

Awesome dogs / Crazy pets Thread

For Halloween, the Mrs. is running a 5k as Snow White. We have one of the Seven Dwarfs in the making……he runs 5k almost daily with mom and I think has done 10k (?) few times.

    What's cookin' boys?

@jaxs - I can only imagine the disappointment. Like I said to @Siesta Sundance never been to Texas, but it’s known for so much beyond Tex-Mex. Some of the Beef BBQ and seafood looks amazing. If I were to come up with a dream food tour it would be Texas toward New Orleans.

What Size Bolt/Nut Is It? This Should Help.

Like @Trimley said, it’s kind of a guide. Something I might save for future reference. I’m slowly learning metric thread pitch.

    What's cookin' boys?

Oh I get it. 😀 I’ve had fajitas in Mexico (which were very good). Never been to Texas (or a lot of places), but their cuisine is very interesting to me. When I was cooking, I had to do 2 dinner specials every night. Sometimes got creative with stuff we had on hand. Had to apply a name to them...

We use Sweet Baby Ray’s original, but doctor it up with something spicier about 2:1.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Part 3. @S-G-R - I certainly understand. If had loader work to do it would go on now for about a month. I don’t foresee any right now (famous last words) so I transition directly to the blower.

    What's cookin' boys?

True - not in my house all the time…..😉 Posted pictures of it before. Best name I’ve come up with whatever that is…we like it. 30+ years ago I wanted to call it Beefaroni but the Mrs. disallowed it. (I liked Beefaroni as a kid…😉)

question about crankcase dipstick oil level BX23D

@Tractor Gal - I changed the oil in my BX2360 just now. Same engine as yours. I fill it to full on the dipstick, or pretty close - don’t overfill. Thinking it took a little less than 3 quarts. (I started with a partial gallon jug, so not sure exact amount) About 3 quarts is pretty much the...
