I just bought my first tractor!

Since you mention being new to tractors, keep the loader as low to the ground as possible when empty or full. The height changes the center of gravity quickly and can cause a roll over quickly. When the machine is parked have the loader on the ground, always. Have fun, be safe!

The best values are found when you find something you like and can use at a dealer that does not sell that brand! They don't like other colors on their lot. You got a lot of equipment for the price. Congratulations.

Welcome! A free bit of advise, DO NOT loan your tractor to anyone. They could think they are doing you a favor and end up filling the tank with GAS. If it's at a lease might fill up a couple of old socks with moth balls and put them under the hood of the tractor and under the seat.

BX23S will not drive or move loader/backhoe

A note to remember. When a machine is laid on its side, once set upright wait for all fluids to seep to proper locations (longer time the better). Before trying to start engine remove glow plugs or injectors and try to hand crank. This allows any fluids that got onto the top of the pistons to...

    Hydraulic HST filter change

The attachment that doesn't like to give up is caused by the filter being installed then the tractor is painted. The paint is difficult to break loose the first time, that's when most folks post a question/complaint.

Yep, you guessed it......another "on the fly" use for the backhoe.

Since your thread title is ".another "on the fly" use for the backhoe" I have one for you. I have a 40' ladder I needed to get to the bill at the top of my barn. That ladder is too heavy and awkward to get it there myself. I anchored it to the backside of the backhoe bucket and set it in...
