    Rolling welded wire fencing

Depends on your equipment, how much time you have, what kind of post, and how much of a mess can you make. If you have to do it by hand, it's like eating an elephant....one bite at a time! Remove staples/or other post attachments, pull post, roll wire, take to scrapper. If you have a machine...

    Pulling up posts

If you are pulling T post with a loader on a tractor, hook a chain on one of the hooks on the loader bucket and have about 6' of chain hanging loose from that. You pull up to the post with the loader arm where the hook directly above the post. Roll the bucket down, wrap the chain loosely...

    Disconnecting FEL QuickCoupler

If you're removing your loader, be sure the loader bucket is on the ground, turn tractor off, then move the joystick in EVERY direction to release pressure. Connection should then not have pressure on them and disconnect.

    Battery powered leaf blower

I'm considering a leaf blower that I can use to clean out gutters. Thinking battery powered. I've looked online at reviews and they are all over the place. I'm half way thinking about a Harbor Freight sold blower so I can buy a 2 year extended warranty and if I have trouble I don't have to do...

    Interesting question

Skeets, I think you discover they are made in South Korea. Back in about 2010 Bobcat and Kioti were the same tractor. Then Bobcat quit selling them. Bobcat is actually home based in North Dakota. Here's a bit of information...

cleaning a barrel for diesel fuel storage

TG, ask the folks at the feed store, "Who sells off road diesel around here?" That's where you get a good price since you do not pay the tax that is applied to fuel used on public roads.

    Daily Chuckle

Young Chuck moved to Texas and bought a donkey from a farmer for $100. The farmer agreed to deliver the donkey the next day. The next day he drove up and said, "Sorry son, but I have some bad news, the donkey died." Chuck replied, "Well, then just give me my money back." Farmer said, "Can't...

    Land Pride Grapple Cylinders

Yes, Torch is correct. You are concerned about how the cylinder "looks". Clean with any sandpaper, sand blaster, wire brush or anything else you have to get loose material removed. Then paint. My opinion is you're wasting money and time replacing that hyd cylinder because of the condition...

    Land Pride Grapple Cylinders

Use the emery paper to go over the ram. This will knock down/off any material that is above the surface of the outside diameter of the rod. Then spray with WD40, and use. WD40 is a water dispersant, used to keep rust from forming. (That's where the WD name comes from)

    Land Pride Grapple Cylinders

I'd do what Torch suggested, except not paint. Use some WD40 and use the grapple, then keep in under cover and sprayed when finished. If the pits seem deep don't worry, just go over the ram with some 400 or 600 grit emery paper. The very worst that can happen is the rust could tear a seal and...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

And if you can't get any help and don't have another saw, simply remove the two nuts that hold the bar and chain to the power head. Leave the bar and chain and go home. Come back when you have what you need. No worries about anyone taking the bar and chain unless they are ambitious thieves.

    gasoline in diesel engine....

If it's for sale, buy it and then fix it. Old diesels are very forgiving. Probably just need to drain out the entire fuel system and fill with winter diesel anc clean filters

    Third Function install ?

Whitetiger, I bought the Kubota 3rd function for my L4240. Took it home, opened the box, looked at the instructions and called Roman's (where I bought it) to have them install it. Didn't look like a very easy afternoon project without a lot of time, tools, room and fluids! Glad I had them do...
