relief valve adjustment to raise system pressure

Before doing anything you need to understand the system and get some actual pressure measurements. Dan

relief valve adjustment to raise system pressure

The tractor relief sets the max for all systems in the tractor. Measire that at the outlet block. Next up is the Inlet relief in the loader valve. All it can to is lower the pressure for it and all down stream devices. Measure that at the power beyond port on the loader valve. The backhoe...

relief valve adjustment to raise system pressure

I am looking at the parts diagram for the L3200 relief valve. No screw or locknut just a plug and shims. Dan

L1720 FEL Cylinder Hose Fitting Size/Type & General Rebuild Q's?

Not only do you continue to belabor the point you continue to entirely miss the point. The clue is in the question I was answering and quoted.

    Weak three point

Does the loader lift OK? You really need to stop throwing parts at it and do some diagnostics. Based on what you have said so far the control valve is high on my list of suspects. Dan

    B2301 FEL and 3PH Problems

What are you trying to learn by swapoing couplers? Keep in mind the curl bucket spool differs from the boom - it uses regen on retract and exhausts to tank not power beyond. A couple simple and definitive tests: Put the loader on the ground: Remove the rod end hose from the coupler and put...

L1720 FEL Cylinder Hose Fitting Size/Type & General Rebuild Q's?

I understand the geometry - a tape measure does not answer the mans question about internal stops. Personally I think its a poor design choice. Dan

    B2301 FEL and 3PH Problems

If the backhoe works the power beyond circuit is functioning and the problem is almost certainly at the loader valve. Probably one or both of the quick couplers on the loader valve is not fully connected or is not opening. Dan

    B2301 FEL and 3PH Problems

Apparently you dO not have remoteS. Does the backhoe (BH70?) work OK? Dan

    B2301 FEL and 3PH Problems

Something is blocking the power beyond loop after the loader. Do you have the 3pt in the full down position? Check any remotes to make sure they are in neutral. Dan

L1720 FEL Cylinder Hose Fitting Size/Type & General Rebuild Q's?

All you have to do to find out is unpin one bucket end and retract the cylinder. I see no need for a spacer and would not expect one. But I also find it strange to have that much rod exposed at rollback. Dan

I would expect them to retract up to the paint. Dan

L1720 FEL Cylinder Hose Fitting Size/Type & General Rebuild Q's?

Buy two of these and never look back. https://www.magisterhyd.com/product/2inch-bore-x-22inch-stroke-cross-tube-hydraulic-cylinder/ The ports in the cylinders are SAE-8 - just get four plugs. You can use the plastic thread protectors from them as caps for the male SAE end on the elbows. i...
