Where to tee for sump return.

I assume those hoses have quick couplers on both ends. I was thinking a third hose run alongside those. That allows you to easily remove the loader. on the tractor side you would run another hose from the return tee on the outlet block up to the two existimg ones at the top of the boom. Loader...

Where to tee for sump return.

I am gueasing you will want a quick coupler on that connection. Thats probably most conveniently mounted up by the third function couplers. Dan

Where to tee for sump return.

The lower elbow is direct to tank. You can tee into that connection either there or at the loader valve. Just be aware that when the LS is running you will not have the use of the 3pt or your rear remotes if you have them. Dan

Is this the correct plan for adding a slide valve?

Here is your diagram of your tractors current circuit with my corrections. Flow is as follows: Tank-->Pump-->Loader-->3rd function-->Backhoe-->3pt-->Tank Mull on that a bit and then we can discuss where your new valve goes in that picture Dan

How to Add a Free Flow Return Line on a Kubota B2100

How are you supplyimg the conveyor? The reason I ask is at a minimum its going to render the 3pt inoperable. There is a tank return port on the side of the hydraulic case that is used by the loader. You can replace fitting #40 with a tee and add a quick coupler for the conveyor return line.

Is this the correct plan for adding a slide valve?

Your first drawing is not correct. Close but no banana. The 3rd function is not connected to the hydraulic outlet. That hose goes to the backhoe valve. I am busy all morning today but I will try to correct both diagrams this afternoon. Dan

Is this the correct plan for adding a slide valve?

I will try to fix up his diagram but lets clear one thing up here. His backhoe (BH77) does not have a power beyond port. It only has a T port that returns to tank via the 3pt valve which must be disabled (position control full down) when the backhoe is conn̈ected. The backhoe valve must always...

    Adding Hydraulic Deflection on Snowblower

I would probsbly just bolt the eyes to the existing brackets with an ordinary cap screw and tube spacer - aka poorman's shoulder bolt. Dan

    Brake Service l225 Kubota

I dont know the difference in the shoes - just repeating whats in the WSM. Do you have all 4 side by side for comparison? How much travel in the lever arm when assembled? Dan

    Brake Service l225 Kubota

Measure inside diameter of the drums with a caliper. A brake drum caliper would be best but a traditional one will work. You dont need to know the drum diameter when new. NIW gave you the wear limit from the WSM = 147mm (5.787") for the L225. if the diameter is over that limit replace the drum...

    Loader Hydraulics Setup/Power Beyond

You definitly WANT float on the boom. Since you have not purchased a valve I would also recommend a joystick over two sticks. More than worth the added cost. https://summit-hydraulics.com/product/monoblock-hydraulic-directional-control-valve-w-joystick-2-spool-11-gpm/ Dan

    Loader Hydraulics Setup/Power Beyond

Sort of. If the oil coming back from the cylinder is sent out the power beyond and a downstream valve is operated at the same time you would have the cylinders in series. The loads are additive and you lose cylinder power. If the oil coming back from the cylinder goes to tank and the...

    Loader Hydraulics Setup/Power Beyond

You are more than welcome. The pressure beyond sleeve is not a valve. It is just a tube that isolates the tank flow from the power beyond flow. When the control valve is in neutral the flow is out from the block to the inlet on the control valve, through the center of the valve, out the power...

    Loader Hydraulics Setup/Power Beyond

Pictures of what you have done do far would be extremely helpful. I am assuming this is an open station tractor. and presumably you are going to mount your new valve on the right loader tower like Kubota does with their loaders. Now for the plumbing. You are going to tie into the hydraulic...

B21 complete loss of hydraulic function

Yes - i would expect the full length of that flange to be pulled up tight to the engine block. Looks like the pump may have pulled away and possibly lost engagement with the drive gear. If so that would account for a total loss of hydraulic flow. Dan

    The cost of getting old

My title for this thread was probably poorly worded. Its not age per se thats getting me - its the sudden onset of a debilitating health issue. You cant turn back the clock but with luck modern medicine may be able to get me up and running again with an inframe "overhaul" Dan
