BX25 Bogging down and occasionally dies [video included]

The kubota powered grasshoppers at work have never had fuel issues. Reason- cheap inline filters before the factory filter. I would consider removing tank and flushing it. Does seem like a fuel delivery issue.

Dont like to deviate off topic, but i started it and its still my favorite other color. Can make this work? It going to take a little more than a glob of orange paint... Anybody converted one of these to three point?

    seat belts mandatory

I have seen hydrostatic mowers (grasshoppers) that use something like a shock absorber on linkage to slow the return to neutral. Likely thats what this kit will be.

M8540 transmission will not pull up a hill after backing down

I cut a notch into a long flat screwdriver to aid in placing a spring. Also have a t handle with a tiny hook to pull the spring if needed. Hope that solves it. Lifting on a pedal to engage clutch may not work- the cable may just flex.

Many outboard motors run non- metallic reeds, especially the performance engines. Just for that reason.

    Snowblower

I remember watching the news last year when the far south got a dump. I know what they run for tires. Could see why highways get shut down after a dusting of snow. It takes a LOT of snow to shut this area down I know its about bumper height of a 92 chevy- til i hang the plow.

Yup, need more weight on front, have a stack of lift arms from an old car hoist, will tuck up nice. Build a three point mount, has a chain drive drop box if i need. Bit of a project, but will be my second line of defence from the white stuff

    Air Compressor rebuild

What? Cant read fat fingerese? Sorry, was supposed to be valves. After time they dont close tight. Usually flat flappers, similar to a feeler guage blade. Better to do it sooner than later. Compressor running longer than it should. Just makes it worse.

    Air Compressor rebuild

If its not using oil or bypassing air into crankcase, then its just the head/ valves need service. Sometimes a cleaning and on rare occasions the vskes need to be flipped over.

    Fueling my L3800 sucks !

I just bought a yellow epa jug. I know they suck more than they pour. But my habit is to only put about four gallons in a jug, simply to make it easier to manage. Im in no hurry to spill fuel all over. I am fortunate to have a tiny tank. Most fuel tanks are intended to fill 80%of total tank...
