    Furniture dollies?

Flooring installs were part of my trade for near four decades, so sweeping happens without a thought. I use fine Horse Hair brooms and foxtails...they really work well for dry use. Often times, I get out the shopvac and vacuum the whole shop.

    Furniture dollies?

All my tractor related are on dollies. Be it pre-made or built by me. The 3" steel castors, I favor the most due to best durability vs price. Anything heavy or awkward to move that needs floor space, IE: tablesaw, inverted router table, tires/wheels, bench grinder stand, that stuff also has...

    Milwaukee Portaband

I spent some time today getting the base and saw dialed in "true". All fasteners got locked with Blue Loctite. For $117, I'm real pleased with the quality of the product. I think the stand is worth the investment.

    Milwaukee Portaband

Getting it mounted is kinda a PIT backside, but once done and locked down. It's pretty solid. The Milwaukee (mine) "almost" self-aligns itself to the cutting base. I was in such a rush when I was there, I forgot to also get the material clamp. My wife was having back surgery when I...

I have several items from BXpanded. The owner stands behind what he sells.

I saw those. The kit comes with pretty decent reviews. I researched the manufacture, and hoped they built a horizontal kit. Nope. The kit I purchased does vertical and horizontal. How well, remains to be tested.

What years and models did Kubota start adding DEF ?

Back when I was driving semi-truck, prior to my 2015 retirement, DEF caused more "issues" than it was claimed to resolve. Nothing but trouble. The trucks were so choked off, they hardly ran without needing a ReGen every 30-40 minutes. The song "Wasted Days and Wasted Nights" is still stuck in...

I was able to pick-up the Hercules chopsaw base, from Harbor Freight Yesterday. They had one left. I'll see if I get it put together today, and share my thoughts. The display model.

BX 2380 Wheel Spacers and 54" MMM

They bolted right up with a thin-wall socket. I've no idea if they'll fit others the same.

Cell phone mount for open station tractor

I use a magnetic pistol mount, not fastened. It having the magnets, I can move it to anything metal. (Similar to this) On my phone I have an OtterBox Defender case, with a piece of 11ga thick plate, made to fit as much of the back as possible. It sticks and stays put. I've also added magnetic...

And yet another DIY canopy idea...

At our local recycling yard, I can buy one or the other for $25, or tote and insert for $50. Everywhere else, there an average of $100+

    Box Blade Movers

I decommissioned the previous set, due to being too short. The BB would tip blade-down when moving it. No broken toes. Here's the new ones I made. Longer. Not bedframe rail.

Diesel Transfer Tank -Barometric Pressure Valve?

The one I'm finding in 3/8", the drawing and description leave a lot to my imagination, as/to functionality for the application. I think I'll stuck to what I made, which is a 3/8" NPT brass union with a loose cap, retained by a stainless tie-wire. I appreciate your time and effort.

Matter of fact, I've been considering the HF stand. I can't BELIEVE the prices in which a lot of others cost. Thanks for the heads-up on the angle adjustment.

    Milwaukee Portaband

Kinda falls in line the same as doing manual labor on the homestead for 25 years, then buying a tractor!! Oh, I'm sure this new addition will come in very handy. I've got hand powered hacksaws, air saws, Sawzalls (corded/cordless), metal chopsaw (a relic) and "other". For the most, using any...

    flat (book) rate service

I do everything within my skills and abilities to be self sufficient, in every aspect of my life and all related to. I go about things that way...not only because I'm cheap, also because if I do it, I know it's been done. If I don't know how to do it and it's above my qualifications, I'll find...

    Milwaukee Portaband

What I got is very near $400 with the case and blades. I wanted one years ago, but no way I was buying new. Used (pre Facebook Marketplace) they were difficult to find. Anymore with patience, you can find pretty much anything.

I always wanted one of these. I finally found a lightly used Milwaukee 6232-21 for a decent price. $140. The seller met me half way, so less driving on my part. It come with 3 new blades. I'll be looking into the chopsaw attachment next.
