I have an L3800 also and changed to led headlamps. One of my lenses was cracked so I changed that at the same time. It wasn't pleasant doing it. The lights are great and draw a fraction of the originals.
The positive I took away from doing it? I bought some new tools (like ratcheting box wrench...
Just picked it up. Welds look good (but what do I know? That's why I brought it to someone who does know).
Just clears top trim of garage door by 1/4" - actually bends back the weather stripping :)

From 2005 - we took a 'doors off' helicopter ride over Kilauea while it was quite active. Never thought I would get my wife in that helo :)
The volcano was quite active but most of the lava was flowing under a cooled 'skin' of rock. These shots are where the lava drops off into the sea. We were...
Since I committed to the Dewalt 20v system it was an easy decision for me to get the grease gun. I just find it easier to do a good job with it and at my age easier = good
Well I'm convinced. Although several sites I looked at specifically mentioned isopropyl alcohol it appears not applicable for loading tires. Perhaps it is fine for washer solution in a vehicle. . .
Thanks Wolfie
My son's in laws gave me a Hibiscus plant several years ago. It has done well. The only problem now is its so large and heavy it is difficult bringing it in & out of the house in the fall and spring :(
