    Cracked Steering Wheel

Great repair. I have done car restorations and JB weld sure comes in handy. Plastic certainly shrinks and gets brittle with age. Hard to find an original steering wheel in an older classic car without at least one crack.

Anyone have experience with "North American Implements" grapples?

You are going to love your grapple. Had mine on the tractor almost all of last summer as I cleared brush and dead ash trees. I even moved a few fair sized bolders with it.

Anyone have experience with "North American Implements" grapples?

Hate to swear but I love my Kioti grapple that I bought last year. Great quality and half the price of the land pride equivalent that my dealer had to offer.

lx2610 recommended Accessories & Brush guard and Chainsaw holder

Hope you ordered the tractor with a cab. With a long driveway like that and with probably more snow than where I live it will be a struggle without one. The driveway that I clear is 4000 feet long and is the reason that I finally got a tractor with a cab.

    Drive shaft knocking sound

Looks to me like the shaft coming out from the clutch that drives the hst. Something must be worn and/or need greasing. The shaft beside it with the universal drives the front axle like on my previous b7200.

Lx 2610 with slow moving BH77

I have only used my bh77 once this last summer to make sure it worked before the one year warranty ran out. I dug out a stump. In my opinion it is very endemic as compared to the Woods bh650 that I had on the b7200. With the bh650 I was able to operate at 8 to 10 gpm since the b7200 had a two...

Best Tool For 11 acres of maintenance and improvements

I would definitely go with a zero turn for grass cutting. Best thing that I did after dealing with a MMM. I have about 88 acres with 60 acres rented out so I am mostly maintaining around 25 acres mostly wooded with about 5 acres of mowing. Only you know how much use you will ultimately be...

What is "Rear Ballast"? And why do you need it?

When we are talking ballast we are referring to rear ballast behind the tractor as well as loaded tires. The loader should not be used without at least another implement attached at the rear for that exact reason you mention. If nothing is ever on the front then only loaded tires is recommended...

    Flat face 3rd function issues

Just release the pressure with the engine off as Dusty says.

I went to the dark side 😱😱

I was trying to find out from my Kubota dealer as to how MF gets to sell greater hp than 26 without DPF. No satisfactory answer.

What is "Rear Ballast"? And why do you need it?

There is certainly no more important safety topic when operating tractors than stability and proper counter balancing especially when using an fel. Not everyone who purchases a tractor has the knowledge or understanding of the importance of this. I personally know someone who went down a hill...

Use of front bucket to raise front wheels of BX2350

I have always used the loader to raise the front axle off the ground for wheel removal etc. I use axle stands and a small piece of plywood if on soft ground. If I need more height than what the loader will provide I put 4 x 4s under the loader first. Cement blocks are for foundations period.

    FEL from B2710 to B7800

Not familiar with your tractor but it would appear that they are similar. Not sure if the frame size is the same but I would certainly purchase it considering how hard it is to find fel's. Then address any mounting issues if they occur.

    Flat coupler compatibility

I agree, when I got my LX2610 last year the Kubota third function came with only caps on the ends. My Kioti grapple came with 1/2" female couplings. I ended up installing two 3/8" male Pioneer couplers on the tractor side and two 3/8"female Pioneer couplers on the grapple end. At the time I...

    Kubota lx2610 k connect

By the looks of the second picture there appears to be still movement in the assembly still available. Question is what is mechanically stopping it from moving forward to allow proper engagement. Should not be too hard to determine upon examinaton. Assuming that the blower is fully attached to...

    Kubota lx2610 k connect

Picture is hard to see but has one half of the coupling slid back on the shaft for whatever reason? Maybe missing set screw etc. Not at my location to see exactly how they are held in place.

B7200D makes engine oil and it’s hydraulic oil.

When this happened to my b7200 I ended up replacing the entire pump as the end that connects to the rear of the fuel injector pump was very worn. Pump is easy to change.

    Kubota lx2610 k connect

Not understanding where the issue is. Is it when connecting the shaft to the mid pto. The slip coupling can be a pain sometimes. If the issue is at the steel coupling that the spring-loaded handle operates then the shaft might have to be turned about 1/4 turn.

    Inexpensive Snow Blower Upgrade!

Happy it worked out for you. Besides the actuator and the switch mine was cobbled together with "stuff" that I had kicking around. The post to hold the wire was some 3/8" threaded rod with 3/8" gas line over it and topped off with the perfect rubber cap that I had in a junk drawer. Most of...

    Squirrel, I think! Grrrr….

We have tons of squirrels and chipmunks in our area, but the majority of damage is caused by mice. I just removed over 50 hickory nuts from the air breather intake of our car that is stored in the garage. It now has a screen over it. Nuts are also in the hood that rumble around when going...
