    Kubota BX24 HST

The hyd line I referred to goes from the hyd pump on the left side of the transaxle by the left rear wheel, around the back of the transaxle below the top link attachment bracket to the fittings on the right side that go to the loader control valve. I don't have a parts diagram handy and my...

I can hardly wait! I already own an Electric garden tractor ( Electrak) and love it! Electric is way better.

    Kubota l2501 throttle adjustment screw.

The high idle adjustment you are referring to is on the injection pump. It is sealed from the factory. You can adjust it if you like. It WILL make your tractor go faster! It also won't likely cause any serious damage if you adjust it. But we can't tell you it for sure won't cause any problem...

    Kubota l2501 throttle adjustment screw.

I really don't know what you expected of us! it would be extremely unprofessional for anyone here to suggest it was a good idea to start twisting screws on an injection pump ( especially those that are safety wired!) You are welcome to adjust anything you like on your own tractor but don't...

    RTV 900 diff lock cable

There is supposed to be a spring in there! They are prone to seizing up and sticking in lock so the previous owner may have removed the spring to eliminate that possibility.

    New Z121S

many older tractors used motor oil in their transmission and rear ends. Both Fiat and David Brown for sure as I worked for them back in the stone age! I also worked for a few years repairing hydraulic systems on oil rigs, the ones that used motor oil gave very little trouble! In my opinion...

    Kubota BX24 HST

It is not uncommon for the metal tube from the Hyd pump around to the power beyond adapter to crack at the flare on either end. The replacement is a hose from Kubota or you can have a hose made up at any hyd shop.

    L 3301 Lost Dipstick

Well I stand corrected then! Sorry about that. :( That's twice now and both times a L3301! I guess I'd better quit.

    L 3301 Lost Dipstick

I've never seen an L3301 with a dipstick but then we never sold any that weren't HST so I guess I shouldn't say never!

    Gas in the oil

Very common condition on the RTV400! They use a fuel injected, air-cooled Subaru engine. The engine just runs way to cold in winter weather and fails to evaporate the oil properly. Also likely runs too rich in cold weather. It usually isn't a problem on machines that are driven for longer...

    L 3301 Lost Dipstick

No dipstick on a L3301 hyd system! There is a sight glass by your left foot.

    BX2200 hydrostat transmission

The port isn't a vent. It is a oil filter adapter when this housing is used on a different application.

    HST fan in a BX2380

Kind of unreasonable that they won't change it when they do the boots! I'm fairly sure they could just include it in the claim and it would be covered. You have to move the motor forward to get enough room to install it. I have heard of cutting it in half but I've never tried it that way.
