Using Loader hydraulics as rear remotes.

When the cylinders extend the oil from the rod end gets added to the oil coming from the tractor hydraulics going into the base end to make the cylinder go faster.

Using Loader hydraulics as rear remotes.

For the cylinder to extend the oil must flow from the rod end back to the base end of the cylinder. If the cylinder check valves prevent this it won't work!

    Block heater for Grand L-4240

If you do put the block heater in that hole be sure the element is horizontal . Otherwise the top part of it will be above the coolant and will burn out prematurely

Using Loader hydraulics as rear remotes.

Kubota use what they call "regen" on the bucket tilt on your model and many others. This means they direct oil to the rod end of the cylinder to retract the cylinders and direct oil to both ends of the cylinder to extend them. This causes the cylinders to extend and retract approximately at the...

    Best Guess?

My best guess is that the leak is coming from one or both of the hydraulic hoses that feed oil to the power steering. The BX2200 is an excellent tractor and will be a great asset on the acreage!

    BX25 Hydraulics not working correctly

When you push the ball in on a coupler it shouldn't go further than flush with the end of the coupler ( or the bottom flat of the coupler if it is a female) If it does go further the flow of oil will push the ball too far and allow the ball in the other half to close effectively closing off oil...

    BX25 Hydraulics not working correctly

I agree! Replace the coupler at the back where you connect the backhoe and your problem will likely go away.

    2007 L3400 Fuel Pump Issue?

It might work. Back in to old days I used to install a check valve on Allis Chalmers tractors to prevent hard starting and we also installed them on the Oldsmobile diesel engines. I don't remember if it is the suction or discharge valve that fails so you might need it before OR after the lift...

    2007 L3400 Fuel Pump Issue?

Yes, just two bolts and the two fuel lines. If the lift pump is bad the tractor will work almost normal with a full fuel tank and operate like you say yours does when the fuel level is lower. It is the check valve that fails in the pump, they are not built to be repairable.

    2007 L3400 Fuel Pump Issue?

It is not uncommon for the lift pump to fail on this model tractor,

    BX25D PTO Oil Pressure low!!!?

It is a lot more difficult getting that valve out on the backhoe tractors because of the frame on them for the backhoe. I suggest removing that frame and notching just the tractor frame to gain access. I have always used a 5" angle grinder to make the notch.

    Kubota RTV XG850 Sidekick Experience?

There is an "improved" ecu that Kubota is installing on those here in Canada. It is a campaign so if yours qualifies the dealer will eventually get out and install it. I don't know what is improved about it though!
