Is it possible to swap rear ends?

No, there isn't any easy way to change pto direction. (if there was we would all be doing it!) when kubota built the b6100 they put the pto higher on the back with a bevel gear shaft which changed the direction of rotation. could the parts be put into a b6000?..... I guess anything is possible...

Dry liner removal and installation in a Z750 eng L175????????

The liners are fairly easy to remove on a kubota engine any machine shop would be able to make you a plate. Have you installed the new ones yet........ If kubota sleeves they will need to be bored to size.......guess you could do it with a ridged hone but I think you better go to that machine...

    Weird gear shifting~!

I think your tractor is pretty normal. They are unsyncronized and dont have a transmission brake so the clutch disk and input shaft will continue spinning for a few seconds with the clutch disengaged. Where you near the tornado...... I used to live in Durham and worked for Moores Garage many...

    charge pressure

Hi On the f series tractors you can direct the return oil from the hydraulic lift into the charge curcuit to get a machine running with a failed charge pump ( not all that uncommon a failure either! I think it might be moisture in the oil freezing and locking the pump which breaks when you...

    B7510 w/broken Neutral Holder Link

I didn't say it was easy! Kubota have tucked a lot of components in there! The bracket (150) is held on with two bolts. They come out and the bracket, pushrod and safety switch can be wiggled out. Then with patience, good luck and dexterity the rest of the parts can be worked on! Gives you a...

    B7510 w/broken Neutral Holder Link

It is totally accessable fron underneath.sounds like the spring has came of/ broken. Incidentally, I have has some problems with 140 coming disengaged from part 010 or rattling.to fix it I slip a piece of 3/8 fuel hose over 140 just below the 90 degree bend to hold it more firmly in place. Ed

    Transmission screen/filter on L185

That is why the oil is so clean! The filters are doimg there job. The suction screen will cause more problems than the filter will but most owners don't even know it is there! The knob under your seat is probably the "rate of drop" control. with it you can adjust the speed at which an impliment...

    M5700 a/c problems

Vic is right, Red-Tek or dura-cool will smarten it right up! You will need to completely replace the r134a that is in there now. Good luck buying it in the US though! Dupont has the refrigerant market completely sewed up down there. Ed

M5700 ac is marginal in hot humid climates like Florida. (they are barely good enough here in Alberta!) Make sure you are in recirc position for best performance.

Need help identifying what you've got?

We have a customer who has a L2002. Looks like a pretty nice rig and he's happy with it. You won't get much help from Kubota for it though! Ed

    L3750

You can never go wrong by changing the Trans. oil and filter. The valving in the hyd. shuttles are quite sensitive to oil viscosity, I recommend Kubota UDT in any kubota with Hyd. shuttle or power shift. Ed

    Kubota B7200HST

Does it work ok in reverse? If so it might be the High pressure relief valve. What oil are you running in it? there is a suction screen on the charge circuit on those tractors. look for a larger line going from up under the front of the hydro back to the right side of the transmission. The big...
