    Air Filter Warning on BX2230

I noticed soon after I bought my BX that there was an 1/8" male threaded fitting on the air filter housing, and I wondered about connecting a restriction gauge to monitor the health of the air filter. I have a restriction filter on my Yanmar powered genset, but finding a place to mount one on...

    Other Tractors We Own

1991 John Deere 430 Diesel that I bought in 1993. Since I bought my BX, it's on permanent snow removal duty.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Soon after I bought my BX about 4 years ago, the ignition switch started acting up and wouldn't send power to the started solenoid. I bought a replacement off Amazon, and it worked fine until last year when the key could be removed in the run position. I didn't think too much about it, but last...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I fired up the BX aand got about 1/2 the lawn mowed when as I made a turn the tractor felt funny. Thought maybe I left the 4wd engaged, but nope, that wasn't it. Stopped and took a loot, the right front tire was almost flat. Eased it back to the shop, pulled the tire off and found a piece of...

Arms for mower attachment will not come down

Did you check the valve that controls the rate the 3ph lowers? If that was closed, it would prevent the 3ph and thus the mower arms from lowering. Looking at the knob, you would want to turn it counter clockwise. Hope this helps.

Thieves Can Steal Modern Cars By Tapping Into a Headlight Wire

Yeah, automakers couldn't be bothered to use encryption or any other types of security on the internal networks, that might make them difficult to work on.

It really pissed me off when Intuit make passwords mandatory on Quickbooks, I'm the only one using it, but the is no option. I called them and complained about several times, just to let them know how stupid I thought it was.

    Robin's. Who's got them?

You want robins? I'll gladly give you the SOB that starts an hour or so of non-stop squawking at 5:00AM in the tree next to my bedroom window. I have over 80 trees on my property, and he has to pick this one. It's a good thing they're protected, or he'd have been dead a couple of weeks ago...
