    Tiller Speed?

WOW! We are probably only a few years apart in age if you would like to know. What a way to ASS,U,ME!! Who is the disrespectful person here? And I have plenty of experience having lived and worked on farms from the 60's through the early 80's. But we have gotten WAY off topic so lets be...

    Tiller Speed?

He has a gear drive not a HST machine

    Tiller Speed?

The OP states he has a L3301 so 27.7 advertised PTO HP. not a L3901. So not really a bad match up for the 42" tiller although it should handle a slightly larger tiller. Besides size of tractor has nothing to do with ground speed which seems to be his inquiry. I have a RTA1550 and it works...

    Tiller Speed?

Yes and it should take about 12.5 sec to traverse 20 ft. if he has 12.4x24 R1 tires. Even longer if smaller tires. That is if the OP is using low gear and low range. To be honest I often am in a higher gear than low when tilling better soil, but hard clay and rocks it is low gear and takes many...

    Tiller Speed?

Looks like it should be about the same speed as my L225. You should be able to hop off and have a smoke before it get to the end of the garden...LOL And yes run it at 540 PTO RPM. It helps a lot if there s fair amount of moisture in the soil too.

    V3307 EGR/Cooler Isolation instructions?

I would just pressurize the cooling system as a whole, nothing removed or disconnected. Unfortunately with a skid steer is is going to be pretty much impossible to pull the oil pan to inspect while pressuring. The best you can probably do is drain the oil and leave the plug out, that and remove...

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

The only thing that could be wrong with the left travel section is if there were severe leakage by the spool. Either massive scoring on the spool or the bore. Using the auxiliary or what they call the service spool is not a good choice to troubleshooting as the auxiliary spool is fed by both P1...

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

I would recommend using the right travel valve to test the left travel circuit. The auxiliary spool is very different so it is not a fair comparison to test with that function. You are seeing 180-190 bar on all t3 test ports correct? That is a little low but should not cause an issue with 1 weak...

A question for those with an MX5400/6000 with cab and A/C or similar tractor.

Yes that is the purpose of that idler. My L4310 is the same way. It is on the slack or return side of the configuration and a belt that long can really get to flapping around.

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

If you bypassed from the MCV to the travel motor and it works OK it is most likely the seals in the center swivel. There are no relief valves in the MCV only the motor so It cannot be that. I believe you stated that you ran hoses from the auxiliary circuit to the LH travel motor but did you run...

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

The item in the image above the spring is the seat and poppet together. The poppet is inside and can be removed from the seat

Kubota mini excavator KX41-2V left track issues

Did you run hoses from the main control valve to the motor or to the swivel joint? The hoses and swivel are the only thing between the spool and the pump. The travel spool is cable actuated so make certain you do not have an issue there. You could swap left and right travel hoses to see what...

Do you have the WSM or at least a schematic you can post?

    V3307 EGR/Cooler Isolation instructions?

The EGR has no interaction with the lubrication circuit or the crankcase. In order for an EGR cooler leak to show itself in the oil while pressure testing it would have to fill the cooler cavity and the intake or exhaust high enough to get past a valve, by the valve guides or past the piston...

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

Did you pull the poppet out of the seat and inspect it as well? At 2100psi you are well above the upper limit, but test it at operating temp to see how much it drops.

    V3307 EGR/Cooler Isolation instructions?

Why do you feel you need to isolate the radiator from the EGR cooler when pressure testing? All components should handle the pressures at which you will be pressure testing.

    Loader Getting Weak With Use?

No the oil that leaves the steering controller then supplies the PTO clutch and serves as charge oil for the HST. They need these 3 items to have prioritized flow over the implement functions.

    L4630 low hydraulic pressure

Yes my mistake. Sorry that's what you get for working and posting at the same time...LOL.

    L4630 low hydraulic pressure

Interesting considering their calculations show a change of 5 0.2mm shims should make a change of 192psi. Very possible you had a slug of contamination in the relief valve. Now add a couple more shims and you should be in the middle of spec. The other thing I would ask, is was the plug holding...

    L4630 low hydraulic pressure

Actually the WSM does not give a spec at idle. The test is meant to be performed at max rpm see below. Like stated remove and inspect the relief poppet and seat and record the shims or lack there of. It appears it will take around 0.101 shim thickness to bring the setting to spec 2700psi. With...
