L3430HST Won't go forward but goes backwards fine...

There should be a relief for forward and one for reverse. You could try swapping them and se if anything changes. Without have the manual myself to review it is hard to say if there is anything else in the circuit to look at.

    Hydraulic Pump

I wouldn't worry about it unless it is leaking or the hydraulics are slow or weak. It doesn't appear that any parts for that pump are available beyond seals and o-rings.

    Hydro Filter Change Only

Your assessment is wrong. In a static system there will be no pressure differential at the filter media hence there will be no flow of oil either way through said media.

    Inline Hydraulic Check Valve?

One thing you have to realize that in a hydraulic system we are not directing pressure. It is flow that we are concerned with. Pressure is merely a measurement of resistance to flow or load on the circuit. Yes item 1 is the pressure relief valve and it is in the path to the center of the spool...

    BT650 Outrigger replacements?

Take it to a competent welder/fabricator and should be able to make one for you using the parts that are salvageable and some square tube.

Loud chrip from the front end when moving, goes away with 4wd engaged- B2620

where in the front end does it seem to be coming from? Out by the wheels or near the differential? Can you post a video or audio clip of the noise?

running off of engine oil (run away)

When you say runaway is the engine climbing in RPM uncontrollably? How are you able to shut the engine down? Are you using the mechanical stop lever? Usually when an engine is running away on oil they tend to go and are difficult to shutdown. I am thinking more in the line of a bad injector or...

Manuals for the L2501 and the BH 77(No loaded rear tires with the BH 77 and no CJ-4 engine oil)

Yes but if you compare both manuals the information is identical as in they just copied the manual over to the TRV-X900. This with the footnote from the KubotaUSA website indicates that information is out of date. It is not uncommon for printed material to be old and out of date like this. We...

    Kubota l295dt hydraulic help

Either way will work fine. Did you notice anything else that has changed recently? Any strange noises or change in tone when the machine is running and also when trying to operate the hydraulics?

    Kubota l295dt hydraulic help

I would first check oil level and condition then check and clean the filter item 070 below. You will undoubtedly have to drain the oil when removing the filter. That or be able to dram a vacuum on the trans sump while you are removing the filter.

Manuals for the L2501 and the BH 77(No loaded rear tires with the BH 77 and no CJ-4 engine oil)

The manual I downloaded from Kubotabooks.com is identical in regards to oil standards posted and shows a print date of 2009. I can only surmise that Kubota has not updated their literature to reflect their latest standards. The industry standard has moved from printed media to digital so it is...

    Inline Hydraulic Check Valve?

Sorry but you are very wrong. I have attached a copy of your attached drawing with highlights of the different circuits. Backpressure valve #3 is connected to the return circuit highlighted in blue. The cylinder circuit is highlighted in red and is not connected to any other item in the valve...

    Inline Hydraulic Check Valve?

Not all Kubota's are designed this way. Neither of my L4310 and L225 have a circuit relief or safety valve in the 3pt circuit

Mechanical thumb to hydraulic on BH 92

The problem with running a hyd. thumb off a rear remote or separate control valve is there is no circuit relief. In this situation you can easily over power the thumb and bend stuff. I have seen this happen before even with a circuit relief installed but set too high.

Manuals for the L2501 and the BH 77(No loaded rear tires with the BH 77 and no CJ-4 engine oil)

Yup a manual with a print date of 2009 Did you by chance read the footnote in the clip I pasted? But then I would imagine that in 12 years there is no chance technical specifications could possibly have been updated. Ahhh What the hell just so you don't have to go look it up. **As of May...

Manuals for the L2501 and the BH 77(No loaded rear tires with the BH 77 and no CJ-4 engine oil)

This is a snip from KubotaUSA concerning oil standards for diesel engines. Try to find a current production diesel oil that is not rated at a minimum CJ-4 in the market today **As of May 2012 this information supersedes all previous publications regarding the use of CJ-4

Manuals for the L2501 and the BH 77(No loaded rear tires with the BH 77 and no CJ-4 engine oil)

I would be interested in seeing the documentation that you have stating what oils are acceptable or not for Kubota engines.
