Have a BX2755HD blower and installed a 4" 270 lbs actuator on the side of the chute. Three years and works perfect. Very easy mod and so much cheaper then the factory one, $69.00 for the actuator and $22.00 for the momentary reverse switch.

Last spring when I went to attach loader had the same issue. Took almost 2 hours fighting with it. I read on here about using a ratchet strap to assist with installation. If on perfect level surface its a 5 minute job.

Had a rear blower on my old tractor and now a front mounted. Both had the same type of plastic pto shaft cover. Never had a problem where they froze together and never did anything to them.

Talked to my local dealer and he has them in stock. $99.00 cnd but its only the pivot parts , does not come with a new grill.

Looks very clean. Got mine with 8 hrs and the bucket looked new. Now 250 hrs and most of the paint is gone from the inside. Yours still looks good inside.

Have done so many bearing jobs for work and the advise your getting on driving the sprocket down is excellent. You only need to break the initial bond between the shaft and sprocket and then it will move. As mentioned make sure the shaft end is not mushroomed. Keep at it, you will win the fight,

Can you post a picture of what your working on. Like most things that have been together forever they don't come apart easily. Use lots of quality penetrating fluid and give it time to soak in.

So I guess I should have said SUDT2 as this is stated as being full synthetic. Nothing on the premium UDT says its synthetic. Or is it?

If you are in Canada why not contact a Kubota dealer in Canada? You could also use a generic shear bolt with the same specs.
