Davidon Are you running the glow plugs for ~10 seconds prior to cranking? Even on a warm summers day, my TG1860 won't start without either glowplugs or - having the engine still warm.

I wouldn't have bought my FEL w/o a SSQA. So far, I have the bucket and as of 2 days ago, the pallet forks. Just those 2 items alone are worth the slightly less lift capacity compared to a pin-on.

Strictly for mowing, I would never choose my BX over my much older TG1860...which is a 3cyl diesel powered mower with somewhat of a suspension. The seat has 2 springs (don't they all) but the whole rear of the mower body is on 2 (what I like to call) mini-bike shock absorbers. It's way nicer...

Forget about the tractor for 1 second. Remove the QH10. Can you pick up the QH10 and place it into your implement by hand? If so, then it's likely the adjustment of the tractor's lower link.

EJB: I guess I have more questions than answers (LOL) and as stated, I am def. not the one to answer, but in my mind, I cannot imagine why you'd want a float on a rear remote, but I don't have the experience many/most here would have. Good luck with your query my friend. Someone will know :-D...

Newbie tractor owner here.........(grain of salt; all that) but on your 3pt, isn't it pretty much always "float" if in the "all the way down" position? ie: the 3pt only "lifts" and has no down pressure. At least, that' s the way I think it works on my 'BX....I've only ever used a back blade...

p.s.-for those of you with really sharp eyes...yes, the hitch pin is 1 or 2 sizes too small. It's what I had on hand today.
