Were your tires previously filled with fluid of some kind, and one tire has leaked the fluid out by chance? Wheel weight fall off ? I probably wouldn't go over 200lbs in the bucket w/o some kind of ballast on the 3-pt anyways.

Is there sand or other debris preventing your pins from going down into the bucket or pallet forks (or whatever) all the way? Does it appear bent? (a carpenters level may help) Is it missing bolts, pins? Cracked welds? (details, it's all in the details!)
