    Hills

From my experience, if you drag a large stump uphill, strictly follow the rule of driving straight up the hill. Don't drive sideways.

Right Lifting Rod Backing-off While Brush Hogging

I had the same problem with the right and top links and side to side turnbuckles. All jam nuts have a lock washer below them now. Have had no issues since then.

Be careful using Thunderbolts. The powder amount seems inconsistent; You will get Pop, pop, BANG. My kid shot them and got a squib. The barrel and bolt was ruined. I took all of mine and put them in a post hole.

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I have had no luck using chemicals other than Raid that is sprayed directly on them. I have found a couple of things that do work. 1. Peppermint (essential) oil diluted in a pump sprayer to the inside perimeter of the pole barn and basement. 2. Hedge apples cut in half placed in the 4 corners of...

Red Squirrels - Storing pine cones on motor & radiator :(

Seems peppermint oil and cut up hedge apples keep the spiders out. Mice are moving in and the cats are dispatching them.

Red Squirrels - Storing pine cones on motor & radiator :(

When we lived in suburban Detroit, we had problems with red squirrels. I used a crossman pellet pistol to dispatch several. They are out during the day. At dusk, they come back to the nests and I was waiting for them. Also, I filled a 5gal bucket 1/2 full of water and poured in sunflower seeds...

Lower the three point assembly for middle buster.

I have the same middle buster from TSC and used it for potatos with my L3901. On mine, I lowered the lifts by moving the right and left link clevis pins to the lowest connection point. In addition, I shortened the top link to minimum length. That made the plow angle more aggressive. I was...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I used mine to dig out 5 bushels, mostly Kennebacks. I had my top link at the shortest length; my thinking was to make it dig deeper and more aggressively. I didn't destroy too many. There will be some more ready next month.
