I believe (and I think you do too) that an 8' blade is too much for that tractor (if it is to be used to its full potential). If it were me....I'd be looking to trade it for a 5 footer or have it cut down.

It doesn't look like a bolt hole to me, but clean it up and inspect. I think you'll find you have damaged the radiator someplace or a hose/line. It is not unusual for the 'source' of the leak to not be where the fluid is dripping from. You'll note that all of the bolts and part of the plate...

Typically, green fluid would be the engine coolant (antifreeze/water mix). IF you pushed a tree over (and UNDER the tractor) and got hung up on it....then I would be looking at the radiator and lower hose for leaks/damage. Hydraulic fluid (though not normally green unless a dye has been added)...
