I'd say that's a fair price for most any region, if it is mechanically sound, and the implements are in good shape. If I were you I'd give it a good once over mechanically, and if you have the cash, pounce on it. The 7100 is a good tractor, and parts are available.

You need to know where the conversion to 4WD is- most likely in the transmission/rear end.. If it is, then you will need more than the axle and driveshaft.
