MX4800 HST stock top link length?

I don't have the measurement handy for the factory top link off my MX6000 but it hasn't been on the tractor since it was new. It was to short for the implements that I use on my MX6000.

Looking at adding a wheeled skid steer

The guys in my area that bought the 65 models for emission reasons wished later they would have just got the bigger one and been done with it. In my area the big round bales are the larger size and the 65 comes up a little lite for moving and stacking those bales. They do it but stacking with a...

    New or Used?

Every area is different. In my area when I bought my MX6000 any thing low hour, clean and nice was as much or more than I paid for a new. Need to check and see what other folks are using in your area. If you want a front snow blower that will enter into what models will be able to have the PTO...

You guys should get into telemarketing.

I have owned two three point snow blowers over the years. First was a seven foot single stage then I moved up to a eight foot two stage. I will never own another three point snow blower or for that matter another three point blade for pushing snow. I hate turning around and backing up. My go to...

Looking at an L4802 - Any current owners with good or bad experience?

Can't say on the tires. I like the R-4's If your tractor is well kept and nice I wouldn't trade it unless you don't like dealing with people. I have a buddy like that I always buy or sell his stuff for him. I would give the MX series a good look. I don't think a MX6000 would be too big for you.

    Engine Rebuild gone wrong?

I have welded and had welded a lot of heads and engine blocks over the years. Mostly its worked out ok. All the ones I have done or had done were for engines the availability of good parts were zero. A quick google and there are all kinds of complete engines and engine blocks out there for this...

This Thread is simply about how SATISFIED and HAPPY a man can be with a Kubota Tractor.

I just woke the MX 6000 up the other day for the first time since probably early Nov 2023. It was sixty degrees and dry here. Not normal for Feb. I used it to move some trailers around in my storage buildings. North of two thousand hours and zero trips to the dealer. I still really like the...

    Utv, Kei Truck or Other

Chris the wrench. I will be the odd man out. I am probably the only farmer I know that doesn't have a side by side. You have a L3902 guessing with a loader? Make or buy you a carry all for the three point. Make it dump if you need to. I use my MX6000 for my side by side. Doesn't matter if I am...

    February 2024 Kubota market

Cab welcome to the forum. Seems like a fair amount of Kubota's setting on the lots now. I bought my MX6000 during COVID. I had a 4701 bought and dealer sold it out from under me. I think in the end he did me a favor. I am not a swing by the dealer guy for hats and coffee. So after the 4701 deal...

    Regen cycles on lx3310

So I am way north of two thousand hours on my MX-6000 and I am the only operator that has runs this tractor. This tractor doesn't get used in the winter and gets a lot of hours on it spot spraying and cutting cedar's tree's out of CRP. I try to run it a 2000 RPM and above. If I do idle it around...

    Premium UDT on sale

I remember the good old days when all the JD dealers in my area were privately own and the owner would do nice gesture's like that or give a nice discount on a big parts order. Now all of them are owned by a mega store and no discounts or freebees. I don't have any Kubota dealers close to me...

    Re-Turboing the old perkins t6 354.4..... I think

Some of the 354 engines that were factory turbo engines had oil spray cooling nozzles on the block cooling the under side of the piston. If you do put a turbo on make sure you run a exhaust temp gauge so you don't melt the engine down. That 354 engine was built for many a years for lots of...

    Re-Turboing the old perkins t6 354.4..... I think

Lots of things could have happen since that motor was new. Maybe it never had a turbo they just used the block they had. Maybe it spun a main bearing on the original block and someone used a turbo block to get it back up and running. Have seen a lot of put together things in my life time. The...

    Re-Turboing the old perkins t6 354.4..... I think

You shouldn't have any problem finding the parts to put a turbo on your 354 Perkins. There were a ton of White model 105 tractors with the 354 turbo and Massey combines model 750 and some of the 850 models had the 354 turbo in them. Face book and Craig's list should find many engines with...

    Gravely side by sides??

I have a couple buddy's that have owned them. This has been back maybe close to 10 years now. Back when they got them they had Polaris engines in them and I think they were mostly built by Polaris. One is a acreage guy the other is a farmer, rancher. The acreage guy still has his and it been ok...

Last welding project of the year ... making a King Kutter receiver more useful.

Time to wire brush that hitch then prime and paint that whole hitch Kubota orange. The trailer mover that spends a lot of time on my MX-6000 got the Kubota conversion when the Kubota came home. My JD tractors have green trailer movers on them.

Please ease my mind - Kubota L4802 vs Mahindra 5145 - Kubota $10k more, less functional?

When your a one man band like I am its not good when you leave home in the morning full of fuel and your fifteen miles from home spot spraying and needing fuel and the tanks and fuel trailer are back at the home base. I am going to need to set up another small fuel trailer and store it over at...
