    Fueling my L3800 sucks !

Just take a pair of pliers and rip that little knob/lever on the side out. Then you can push the large lever down and not have to worry about operating that safety lock.

    L4330 fuel gauge

not sure about tractors but the newer ones are probably similar to automobiles. On my 1998 Nissan Frontier truck I had problems with fuel gauge and then speedometer. Turns out that all sensors go to the computer and then the computer sends information to gauge cluster. My gauges acted similar...

look closely at the rear of the mower to ensure it does not already have some raised section back there that acts as the exit. Most do, some are way open, others just an inch or two.

    More weights

Tightening the nuts will put tension in the stud, that will apply force to the sides of the weight, friction will kick in and hold up the weights, not much shear (dead down weight) will be applied to the stud. On my weights the stud through them is over .5 inch diameter, possibly .75 inch in...

    More weights

You could easily run a large diameter long all thread through the hole in the weight. Then put a 50 pound barbell plate on both sides and put two nuts outside the plates and pull all the weights up tight. You may have to space the barbell plates out to avoid the mounting bumper on the tractor.

    Kubota B7610 Won't Start

Shear pin bolts should be grade 2 and the shank (non-threaded portion) should go through the complete assembly. Better to put washers on the nut side than to have threads inside the assembly. Grade 2 bolts have no marking on the heads. See this website for other bolt information (if needed)...

    More weights

Eric - two things for you.. How about wrapping chains around just about anything that doesn't move at the front end? Or building a wooden box to attach to the front weights and fill it full of chain/scrap metal/sand... As far as the weight you have already, you can estimate how much each...

Changed the Tranny/Hydraulic Fluid, now it's not operating correctly

"Who is John Galt?" is a quote from Ayn Rand's book "ATLAS SHRUGGED" Good read for the most part if you can tolerate the interweaving of the philosophy of objectivism. John Galt is the "main character" for her in this book. Perhaps you knew this though and I am just blah blah blahing too much!

    More weights

Eric, If you have the same kind of arrangement I have on my L185... There is a front "bumper" where you can mount the suitcase weights. It is bolted onto the tractor frame with 4 bolts. If you remove the bumper, you can add steel plate weight directly to the tractor frame and bolt the...
