    B7100 Hydraulic block diverter (70060-00360 or 70070-00385)

The B7001 was the Japanese market version of the B7100, and so it shares much of the same parts. Look on the right side, just rear of the engine behind the fuel filter. Does it have the block pictured in the first post of this thread? If so, then this cover will work on your machine. If not...

    Aftermarket cylinder heads, any luck?

If the aftermarket head is all you can get, maybe have it stress-relieved (ie: heated in an oven then slowly cooled) then checked and planed if required.

Time to Replace my 40-Year Old B7100

Looks like it's still on: https://www.kubotausa.com/service-support/safety/tractor-safety/ROPS-safety In 2018, the one for the B7100 was apparently $290: https://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/threads/rops-program-part-number.38210/post-320527 Looks like the rebate program is still running...

Time to Replace my 40-Year Old B7100

Not to disuade you, but Kubota USA has (or at least had) a ROPS program where they would provide a B7100 with a ROPS for minimal cost. Also, have you already widened the stance? The B7100 has adjustable width on the rear axle. With your budget, you are looking at an older used machine. Around...

    Pressure Washer question

I'll reiterate what others have said: filter, filter, filter!!! I draw my outdoor water direct from the lake. I have a coarse screen filter to get the big stuff, followed immediately thereafter by a fine screen filter. Both are equipped with backflush valves because they plug up so often...

    Its been a long week..

No vaccine works in just 2 days. Most illnesses take more than 2 days to develop after exposure. Odds are you had it before you had the shot. I'm a first responder in one of the poorer areas of a major metropolitan city. Covid was running rampant, I was responding to 5 or 10 serious cases...

Parking brake does not hold tractor

I had a similar 9N. If you wanted to stop you needed to put it in reverse and slip the clutch. But you had to do it before heading down the hill because it was almost impossible to shift while rolling....

Where to place loader brackets to bucket?

Bear in mind that some are too big or require too much hydraulic flow to be used on your tractor. Skid steer machines have a lot higher capacity.

    B7100 Hydraulic block diverter (70060-00360 or 70070-00385)

Yes you did, by PM. And you provided a shipping address, to which I provided a shipping quote. The last PM I had from you said "Ok thank you. I’ll let know within a couple of days." That was the last I heard. I still have several left when you are ready. To find your stored PMs, click the...

How to convert bh77 from power beyond to open center

Make sure the pump is rated for the mid-pto speed. I don't know about the B7800, but the B7100 mid PTO speed is about 4x higher than the rear.

Where to place loader brackets to bucket?

Sorry, typo. That should have been "SSQA" -- Skid Steer Quick Attach. It's a standard for quick swapping of attachments to the arms. EG light materials bucket, palette forks, etc. etc. If you are making your own bucket and attachment system anyway it can be a real convenience and little more...

I will add that now is a good time to fabricate an SSQA mounting system. ;-)

Where to place loader brackets to bucket?

The bucket should be 2-3" below the plane of the tractor's tires when fully lowered. The easiest way to set that might be to park on level ground, put a 2x6 or 2x8 on top of a 1x6 under each wheel of the tractor and set the bucket flat on the ground in front of the tractor. To establish the...

How to convert bh77 from power beyond to open center

Make sure to route the existing supply back to the rear 3ph -- don't just plug the lines or you will damage your tractor's pump. Some models have a diverter valve in the hydraulic block you can open, other models require a different cover or require that you simply connect a hose between the two...

Anyone try these (BX tractor upgrade)?

So the lift cylinder force is limited by the backpressure caused by applying pressure to the curl cylinder. And the curl cylinder is in turn limited by the pressure from the surface area of the lift cylinder less the surface area occupied by the lift cylinder rod, correct? As an example, let us...

Anyone try these (BX tractor upgrade)?

Yes, there's a paragraph in the B7100 service manual that states the hydraulic system is "closed centre" -- clearly an error. This could well be the case here.

Anyone try these (BX tractor upgrade)?

Interesting. It's quite possible that owner's manuals are offering incorrect information based on older designs. For the record, this is from the Brand Hydraulics aftermarket loader control (joystick style) that I have: " LV – GENERAL INFORMATION The Brand LV22, loader directional control...
