    B7500 Won't Start, Grrrrr

Mine is not a B7500, but neither my BX or B2910 seems to care what position the range lever is in. Amazes me that I did not think of that when I read the OP's last post! It seems unlikely that a safety interlock would require you to be IN GEAR before starting the tractor...

Hope to hear a successful resolution soon! Snow does tend to slow down progress working outside on equipment...

    Irritating trait of this forum...

I am not computer literate like some, but it is a fact of life that adds make free sites like OTT possible. So it is a balance between convenience and supporting the site by enduring the adds I think. I kind of like the adds showing attractive women...but can relate to the jumping around that I...

    An Addition and a Change

That is thinking outside the box for sure. I have the same problem with chains on my B2910 falling between the lugs on my R4 tires. You may have given me a reason to put my chains back on! At least once I install wheel spaces, as the clearance between the tires and fenders is also an issue at...

Has anyone got their 600 bucks yet?

Can you believe that I received my stimulus payment on December 31? It came so fast that I missed it! I only started looking after January 7 on the day this thread started. I have three bank accounts, none of which have much money in them. One is with the bank we have used for 40 years. Another...

    Examples of Kubota Backhoe Skills

I think after 18 years I am pretty smooth with my tractor backhoe. BUT I do not run at full speed, more like 3/4 speed of the engine. Interesting thing for me is that I just bought an old mini excavator, and have not used it at all really since it is winter and I do not have any real need at...

    Steering

Important question. Without “power steering” difficult turning when stopped might not be abnormal. Manual steering is such a distant memory I completely forgot it was once the norm!

    Steering

You mean the tires will not turn when not moving, right? Never noticed that with either of my Kubota tractors. Not familiar with your tractor model though. Maybe someone who is will respond...

    BH77 issue with chatter

My first impression was it was happening on no load, but on reread, that does not seem to be the case. Puzzling. I’ve used my backhoe a lot and never experienced chatter like that.

Thought it was an NIW operating manual!

At first look. Was mistaken, but it could have happened to any of us! :ROFLMAO:

Canopy. Are they good to have or not?

I didn’t build a canopy, but I did build a cover to prevent branches falling down on my head, and also to prevent me from falling against a tree, where it might slide on my side of the rollbar and squeeze me in my seatbelted seat, as the tractor tipped over. Just thinking of the worst possible...

    BH77 issue with chatter

If I were at the end of my rope, I would probably swap two functions and see if the problem moved. If so then I would suspect the control valve. Swapping functions would require swapping pairs of hoses connecting to the control valves. Not sure if you are up to this. OR if the hoses are long...

    Burning through snowblower belts

My only experience is with pulleys on wood working equipment, but I must say my first impression of belt alignment in your photo was pretty bad... I think as others above with more experience with your equipment stated, you now know the answer to your question...

    Are you going to.....

I just stumbled on this thread and read the whole thing, for the most part. Couple thoughts: I encourage everyone including armylifer not to get the vaccination, especially if you live in western PA! Better chance for me and the wife to get it sooner! Citing something that happens to a few...

    B7800 no start issue

I know close only is good in horse shoes, but the B7800 was supposed to be the economy version of the B2910 when it came out, and likely is very similar or identical in most respects. here is the direct link to the WSM for the B2910 at Kubotabooks.com...

ROP and rear end of kubot b1550hst

Wow! Replacing that differential gear case looks like the labor cost would be more than the value of the tractor... The thought of paying someone to do that work leaves my pocketbook breathless. Is the job actually simpler than it seems looking at the parts diagram?

    Lift straps

I do not use straps for lifting. I use chains. But I suppose I would use a strap if I wanted to avoid possible cosmetic damage. Most of the time that is not a concern for what I do... I should apologize since this does not really respond to your question. But I would ask, does what you are...

USA Forged 5/16" Weldable Grab Hooks Now Available!

Watched the video a few days ago, and just wanted to say I enjoyed it! Might have been a bit long though (unlike my memory)...but informative. Brought back memories of time I spent in the steel industry. Never saw a forging shop though.

    54" or 60" Box Blade for B2601

If you were planning to do real hard work with the box blade, I would recommend the one that matched the width of your rear tires...I have a 60 inch which works pretty well behind my B2910, but will stop the tractor in its tracks if I get too aggressive. Problem is not enough weight to maximize...
