Kubota refuses to honor my 5 Year Emissions Warranty on my B3350

Yes, both federally mandated 5-year warranty and so-called "lifetime emissions warranty" are transferrable to subsequent owners.

Kubota refuses to honor my 5 Year Emissions Warranty on my B3350

Actually, the reformer is a device between the exhaust manifold and the DPF that raises the temperature of the exhaust during regeneration operations. The exhaust passes through the reformer where fuel and air are injected into the exhaust to raise the exhaust temperature high enough to burn...

Kubota refuses to honor my 5 Year Emissions Warranty on my B3350

I sent a copy of the PSB to the owner before I learned that her tractor was still within the federally mandated 5-year emissions warranty when initially taken to the dealer for repair. Coverage under the so-called "lifetime emissions warranty" should not be necessary in this case. Problem here...

Looking at 2 new models of Kubota

Interesting. I've been plowing snow for decades with multiple tractors, plows, etc. Never had much luck plowing significant snow without chains regardless of added weight, FWA, etc., unless snow was light and dry. Yes, turf tires (or Z bars) help but experience proves that AG tires least...

Are wheel weights necessary for “typical” work?

Been doing such things for decades, and your $1,200 will be much better spent toward a counterweight, e.g., ballast box, etc.

Are wheel weights necessary for “typical” work?

Considering the Rimguard, you will likely not notice an additional 420 Lbs. of cast weight. A counterweight would be much more effective.

Looking at 2 new models of Kubota

You will need chains to plow significant snow regardless of which model you choose. Might get by without chains if you blow rather than plow the snow and you have R14T tires and significant added weight.

Difficulty placing top link pin in lowest position

Not sure about the design of your tractor but the top link pin on my L6060 was unique, being both short and shouldered on the end without the lynch pin hole. Pin could be installed from one side only as holes on opposite sides of top link bracket different sizes side-to-side.

Won't hurt your tractor but you will not pull it through much.

    B2650: Mounting hardware 60" vs 72"

BTDT on B3350 and little needs to change. Front frame mounts are different. IIRC, rears are same. If you speak to your dealer, be certain that you speak to an experienced parts person rather than a salesperson. Be advised that you cannot mount the 72" mower if you have turf tires or use...

Need Help with B7100 and accessories, Pricing

Dealers that I have spoken with want 10%-15% and will not be responsible for consigned equipment on their lot. Show stopper.

Need Help with B7100 and accessories, Pricing

I have a contemporary B1750HSD, also bought new in 1993, and in similar condition with 670 hours. The B1750 is the replacement model of the B1700, and both models were sold simultaneously for some time. Experience has taught me that your tractor, as equipped, will sell at $7,500. I will be very...

    Lx3310

Agreed. Enormous increase in PTO HP for a tractor of such size. Over 30%, IIRC.

    Hydraulic top link questions

Ignoring the third function, OEM Kubota remote hydraulic valves to fit your L6060 are independent of each other. One must specify which type of valve(s) one wishes upon ordering, and a float/detent valve can be mounted in any position. There is no reason (aside from cost) why you could not...

    Hydraulic top link questions

Yet another reason why I do not use quick hitches. Confused here. Why do you need the Pat's quick hitch system when your L6060 has extendable lift arm ends as standard equipment? The decal pictured is for your third function cylinder. Are you operating one of your T & T cylinders from your...

    Counterweight box

There is no yes or no answer to your question. Either will help. You certainly need weight on the three point in order to counterbalance the front mounted snowblower. Tire chains will help with traction much more than added weight, especially on ice. In my opinion, you need both, especially...
